Have used this for several years for nerve health. I credit this brand with helping memory function (supposed to help with myelin sheathing/ I sulation of neurons,) and with helping the nerve pain in my leg as I age. (The first few nights I used this, I could vividly remember my dreams - which I had not done in years.) I count on several supplements that have served me well in maintaining good health as a long time caregiver for my husband with stage IV cancer, and this is definitely one of them.

This is an important product for my health. The price is reasonable and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I am a trail runner over 50. I am in a constant search for anti aging stuff to keep my body healthy as my years advance. I got this because I have an increasing number of minor aches and pains. I am also pretty bald and thought I would make some sugar syrup of this and try it out on my head. I bought it because the price is right. It has been a few days and I have noticed it doing stuff, so I am wanting to do a review over time. Hair regrowth: On the first day, I made a sugar syrup by putting a spoonful in a 1:1:1 powder/water/alcohol mix, and then microwave for 15 seconds. Day 3: - Aches and pains: Not sure if its helping. I think they are changing, but it could just be a good day. - Energy: Definitely different. Energy has been up, but I have been crashing in the late afternoon. Might start taking a second dose in the early afternoon to keep from wanting a nap about 4:30. - Hair regrowth: My scalp feels tighter, and feels like it is doing something. Day 18 - Aches and Pains: It has not helped my aches and pains. Not noticeable anyway. - Energy: here it’s a win, definitely helps in the energy department. It is evening out, no longer need that afternoon nap. - Hair growth: I think this is also going well. I think I feel my existing hair getting stronger, and it looks like I might be getting some new growth. Still early days.

I've been using this for two and a half years and it was like a miracle for my afib. The longest run of afib I have had is roughly 8 to 12 heartbeats long and it is very rare for me to have any longer that a single beat. I take 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams in the evening. It is definitely worth a try and is one of my doctor's big 4 for heart health. The others are magnesium, creatine, and Co Q 10. It is reasonably priced at roughly 16 bucks for about a month and a half.

I've read studies that involve older rats who were given this combination of supplements and how they were more energetic and acted younger than rats who were not given the supplements. I figured this ol' rat may as well try it and it does seem to have a mildly energizing effect on me. This may be because of an antioxidant effect, a blood sugar controlling effect, a placebo effect, or some combination. In any case, I'm on my second bottle and will probably continue purchasing it. I only take one capsule per day as two seemed to make me a touch jittery, possibly because ALA is supposed to lower blood sugar.

I had never tried D-Ribose before. I recently heard a podcast of Ben Greenfield who is a big fan of D-Ribose and so I immediately bought the product. Having done research after purchase I can see D-Ribose has been used to help people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I can see why. I feel mentally clearer and more capable of carrying out my tasks after I take this stuff (1 & 1/2 teaspoons is enough to feel an effect- taking more upset my stomach a little bit). I was also able to articulate myself better with this - better word association and explanation of information. Little bit of adaptaption to it so maybe give it a rest at the weekend when you don't need it. 10/10 though and I will add it to my stack! Oh, I add 3 grams of creatine to it also which I think boosts the ATP boosting effects.
