Bottles are very poorly made, rendering this item a very expensive piece of junk
I had actually purchased two, one for a Christmas gift. This is way more than I typically spend for a dog item, but I thought that the concept was awesome. Assembly was very easy, and the wood frame components are attractive and sturdy. The treat bottles, however, are a very lightweight plastic and cheaply made. My hound destroyed two of the bottles in the time it took me to answer the door and rid myself of a solicitor...MAYBE two minutes...? I'm returning the intended gift and hoping I can figure out some other way to use the wooden frame.

Nice Concept, poor execution
If it was easier to return it, I was would have, but I didn't feel like packing up all the parts and schlepping to a post office. The design is fine in concept, and the quality is ok, but it's a little ridiculous from a technical perspective when you're dealing with an animal that has no opposable thumbs. The long, bone shaped food containers must be flipped/held vertically for any of the kibble to come out. Not only that, if you don't want centripetal force working against you, it must be flipped all the way around in a slow, deliberate manner. If you just thwack it and it flips too fast nothing makes it out. After my dog gave up, I tried cutting the top off one of the plastic containers to make it easier for him. This worked a bit better, but the amount of force it takes to get any food out of it when it's not filled to the top risks toppling the whole device. I'm going continue to work on adapting it for my pup to see if I can invent some way for him to be entertained by it, but I'm disappointed that the designer didn't put more thought into it. My dog is no genius, but I've seen him try and I think it really comes down to a design failure.

Easy to put together and durable.
Easy to put together and durable. My dog is afraid of it, but maybe heโll come around.

I would like to see more thorough instructions with the option to ...
Clever idea. No instructions on how to teach dog to use it. Instructions on how to put it together were in pictures, no words. That worked ok for this simple item but generally I find that unacceptable. Seems most items these days come with minimal instructions but include 3-5 languages. I would like to see more thorough instructions with the option to receive in other languages if desired.

Overall Great Product!
Overall this is a really great product. My two dogs absolutely love this. I only gave it four stars because there are a few issues that we ran into. First, both of my dogs are aggressive chewers so they had the top/ opening of the treat bottles mangled within minutes. Second, my dogs are both large (65+ lbs ) so even though it is on a fairly sturdy base they still tip it over easily. Even with these two drawbacks I would buy this product again. It is something different that will actually keep my dogs minds busy for a for minutes!

Dangerous cheap plastic. Bowl obstructions and maxiofacial damage imminent!
The cheapest interactive dog toy we have ever purchased. The plastic screw tops were destroyed within the first five minutes. Dogs discover and manipulate things with their mouth, a basic fact that is unclear to the designer of this toy. Unless you want your dog to have maxiofaccial damage, or a bowl obstruction, DO NOT BUY.
