Can this be worn under clothes ..?

It isn’t a waist cincher to make your waist look smaller. It is meant to be worn as part of an outfit on the outside. It’s great for any waited look as well as for pirate and steampunk costuming. I wore it on the outside of my pirate blouse, but will be wearing it with regular clothing as well.
