I ordered on of these as a Christmas gift. Sadly the unit was defective and I had to return in for a replacement. I received the 2nd unit and it was defective as well. Both massagers would charge but would not function. When you would try to turn them on they motor/rotor would make a single thunk and then stop. The first one I actually got to work once or twice but as soon as you put any resistance against the massaging head it would stop. Absolute junk. One bad unit is unfortunate but it happens. Two bad units it absolutely unacceptable. Will not purchase again and would recommend any avoid this company. There are plenty of other options out there.

Bought with my Christmas gift card. Received it, charged it and nothing wouldn’t massage. It would turn on and surge once and turn off nothing. Sent for a replacement and received the second one, same thing happened. Sent back for a refund and bought a different brand cheaper that works wonderful! Wouldn’t allow me to give it 0 stars or I would have.

Simply does not power on. We ordered twice -- first time thought it was a fluke, so returned for a new one. Second one does the same thing. I even gave the benefit of user error (I must be doing something wrong...) but there's only 1 button. If fully charged and still can't get it on, I don't think I need a massage gun that sensitive/ complicated.

Wanted to get a family member a nice gift, because they are a workout enthusiast long story short have to replace the item twice after being sent the same defective item after I had already returned it I could tell it was the same item because could see where they had ripped off the return label and how I taped the box.
