Excellent coffee

Absolutely the best coffee beans I have had, and I have tried many. My country produces beans, so we grow up on that. Excellent aftertaste, and a beautiful balance of acidity, bitterness and flavor.

Great taste, smooth and rich and smokey. I purchased a number of different coffees for my new espresso machine. This has been my favorite.

A very good coffee for our morning cappuccino. I was given a bag while in Italy and found it on Amazon.

We make a lot of espresso in our house on our Breville machine. Everybody really likes this Bean. It’s smooth more of a medium roast and gives a great head of Crema. We like to try new beans, but this one we come back to as one of our top three in the rotation. I hope you like it as much as we do

So I buy at least 2 bags a month sometimes it taste amazing like the best, then I’ve noticed it taste really strange as if they put Turkish coffee inside the bags and sell it as if it’s Italian. Someone should look into it.

Nice espresso for the money. My fancy stuff from Italy is on back order. This was a good substitute for half the price. Better than the name brand Italian coffees.

Bonne qualité, pas trop d'amertume et ne me cause pas des aigreurs d'estomac. Je l'utilise principalement pour réaliser des expressos de moyenne intensité.

Ho acquistato la miscela di caffè Pellini su Amazon spinto dalle numerose recensioni positive e dalla reputazione storica del marchio, e devo dire che le aspettative sono state ampiamente soddisfatte. Il caffè si presenta con un aroma intenso e pulito già all’apertura della confezione, segno di una buona qualità delle materie prime e di una tostatura ben eseguita. In tazza il gusto è equilibrato, rotondo, con una piacevole morbidezza e un’amarezza mai invadente. Le note aromatiche risultano armoniose e persistenti, rendendolo adatto sia a chi ama un espresso deciso sia a chi preferisce un caffè più elegante e raffinato. Ottima anche la cremosità, soprattutto nell’uso con macchina espresso, e la resa è costante tazza dopo tazza. Si presta bene anche ad altri metodi di preparazione, mantenendo comunque un profilo gustativo equilibrato. La digeribilità è un altro punto a favore: non risulta pesante né acido, anche se consumato più volte al giorno. Considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo e la comodità dell’acquisto su Amazon, ritengo questa miscela Pellini una scelta eccellente per l’uso quotidiano, consigliata a chi cerca un caffè affidabile, di qualità e dal gusto italiano autentico.
