T58W Pro IP Phone - Corded/Cordless - Corded/Cordless - Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, DECT - Wall Mountable, Desktop - Classic Gray

I had a problem with my phone. My office called Yealink and worked with technical support. We verified that the phone base is kaput. However, I like to review companies not when things go right, but when they go wrong. While Amazon could not receive the phone back within the 30 day guarantee I ended up calling the vendor in which sold the phone to me called Telephone King. The response was fast and received an email quickly. He messaged me and left a phone number. No call center. The person that sent the message was the person that picked up the phone for being the vendor. He explained the process. Indicated that my phone was under warranty from Yealink by confirming the MAC address, which he did over the phone in about 1 minute. He explained the process. I will be shipping it back to Telephone King and they are arranging for my replacement phone. Down a couple of weeks, however, I have Nextiva and can use the soft phone feature on PC until I am back in the saddle. While I love the phone and will just get it replaced, this is mainly a review for a great small business owner that delivered me some great customer service today. If you are going to buy a Yealink phone, make sure you select the right vendor. Telephone King is solid. I'll update this review from three starts at the end of this replacement. If it goes well, then I'll adjust this up certianly.

I bought this phone and spent the money to get the high end version with the ability to have the wireless Bluetooth reciever. It arrived with a corded non-bluetooth reciever! What would be the point of buying the ability then cripple the very feature of this phone. Very non thinking, very non bright. I returned the phone immediately and purchased elsewhere with an authorized Yealink provider. Purchasing from a non authorized dealer jeopardizes the warranty as well as the backend customer support.
