Finding the right TV stand to bring our living room refresh to completion was probably more of a chore than it should have been. First, these things can be expensive - particularly when you're looking for something with a little more class than that standard black laminate Ikea-style stuff. My wife and I spend far too much time watching Chip and Joanna Gaines, and had invested far too much money into the other pieces to let the TV stand ruin what the Gainses would otherwise have loved in our new-styled, Fixer Upper-inspired living room. This piece here though? Absolute perfection and easily the best piece of furniture in there. It looks good on the screen, but it's absolutely beautiful as the piece that pulled together our room. Never in a million years would I have imagined calling a piece of furniture beautiful but this one really is. ESPECIALLY considering the price point in comparison to similar styles. PROS: Assembly - I'm not going to lie and say I'm super handy. I mean, I can follow directions well and know how to use basic hand tools, but I'm not winning any Handyman of the Year Awards anytime soon. That being said, I went from box-to-build in just under an hour with minimal help from anyone else. There are times when it's good to have an extra set of hands, but if you do have to put it together alone, you won't struggle. The instructions are well mapped out and anyone with some assembly experience and a picture of the end product could probably assemble without so much as a glance at the instructions. THERE ARE A LOT OF PIECES but don't let that intimidate you. The build is largely intuitive and that pile of bolts and nuts and such starts to disappear pretty quickly. Appearance - Not sure if I've mentioned this already, but this is a beautiful piece of furniture. We opted for the grey wood finish and it really looks pretty high end and elegant. The color and finish are awesome and the barn doors on front are cherry on the top; they take it from being a TV stand to being a piece of furniture you can incorporate into your room with style or even build around. Sturdiness and Functionality - Super well built when it's together. No leans, or creaking, or anything you can sometimes get with self-assembled furniture. More than enough shelving and the cutouts for wires are just in the right places. Price - Beauty on a budget. We'd looked at similar styles that were priced well into the hundreds (One even scratched the surface of 4-digit pricing) ... I can't imagine we'd be any happier with a purchase of one of the pricier options. This one looks and feels just right. Still the most money we've probably ever spent on something to hold/house our TV, but not a single regret. CONS: Honestly, I don't have a single one. I'm a pretty hard to satisfy buyer so I can generally always find a way to poke holes. Not this time. Overall: I'm not sure why you're even still reading and haven't added it to your cart. If it caught your eye in the first place you like the style and I can assure you that if that's the case you'll be happy with the purchase. Go ahead, make it the centerpiece of your space. Make Chip and Jo proud.

I read all the reviews, compared pricing and quality of other similar cabinets before choosing this one. I needed this item for towels and item storage at my back entry foyer from our pool area. I received it and my husband and I assembled it the next evening. It took us approximately 1.5 hours to assemble, including unboxing and laying the components of the cabinet out to access easily. Everything is packaged with bold lettering on each bag of screws and dowels, letters on the cabinet including arrows as to which end is up! I cannot believe it but we got through this assembly without cursing it or one another out at all!!! We’ve had more gnashing of teeth and tears over assembling toys on Christmas Eve than I care to remember and were both astonished at how easy, quick and direct this was! The instructions were clear cut and simple and it didn’t come in a gazillion pieces. You know, where you have to assemble parts and pieces even before you assemble the item? Not so with this. It has dowels and screws so it is held together very tightly. Everything lined up perfectly and it is extremely durable and sturdy when completed. The hardest part of it all was lining up the top to fit onto the whole thing and that wasn’t hard. Just know that you place it on top, line up the holes with the dowels and THEN you place the dowel screws in it and when you tighten them one whole turn, the top lowers down and fits tightly on it. Until then, it kind of sits up on the mounts. We worked turning them from left to right, as you don’t want it to crack or bow the middle. It will make sense once you do it. Then there is the quality of this thing, which is EXCELLENT! It is weighty wood and roomy! I fit all my pool towels in it plus tanning lotions, outdoor bags and masks, etc. Then with the doors closed it is just a beautiful credenza in the foyer which is what I wanted. I didn’t want some cheap-looking towel cabinet or plastic one. This fit the bill and blended with an armoire cabinet perfectly. If you are looking for a weighty, easily assembled and attractive piece of furniture that doesn’t break the bank—or your relationship up assembling it—this is the ONE! LOL!

This is one of the best tv consoles I have ever seen. Perfect for my office, and I would recommend it for anyone trying to stand a midsize (up to 49 or maybe 55 inch) TV. I solo'd this, between an hour on a Friday night, and 2 more on Saturday morning. I would recommend having a helper anyway to hold things steady at times. Have a drill or powered driver handy for this - strongly advised, as I will get to later. There were a couple of key struggles in assembly, as other reviewers have mentioned, but here is my story of how it all went down. When the package arrived, it looked like a bear had attacked it in transit. Seriously- this is one of the worst packages ive every seen on my porch. A quarter of the box was straight ripped away, styrofoam packaging was exposed. I got it inside and examined. First thing I saw was broken wood and I was super pissed. But, looking deeper, and recalling another review I read.. this was just protective wood packaging that was damaged. All of the actual contents were fine. I prepared for the first step- laying down the base/bottom piece and inserting the long-handled AA screws. The main purpose of these is to interlock several of these with BB lockscrews and secure the basic framework. You will want these to be very tight and very straight up. They don't cooperate well with screwing by hand. A Black & Decker electric screwdriver (or a more serious drill) will put them in their place quickly. Proceeding thru several similar steps, I came to the point where you have to mount the top bar to the sliding doors. You flip down a latch and insert small screws into tiny holes on each end. The screw holes were way too off-center, behind the latch. Again, the driver had something to say and I plowed the screws into holes of their own making. Soon, it was time to crown this topless frame. This is a part many reviewers have mentioned, and the main reason to have a helper unless you are very steady or very careful with your fingers. You have to line up about 20 holes, consisting of AA screws and the CC wooden dowels. A little finnesse and it will all snap into place, to be secured by a myriad of BB's. People have mentioned that the back has no predrilled holes- this is absolutely true, and another absolute reason you want the aid of a power tool. You will need to bore dozens of holes into the wood, and doing this by hand would be self-torture. Up to this point, you will still think this is a very wobbly piece of furniture, and you might have doubts. Once you have secured a single panel of the back, your opinion is likely to change. It will feel sturdy then, and like its not going anywhere. After 2 panels it will feel like the rock of Gibraltar. The manufacture might not recommend this, but I left the last side-panel off so I could easily access the socket behind it. Even without it, I feel absolutely confident in the stability of this sturdy stand. So, with that long-winded account out of the way, I will once again say I highly recommend this product. Its a downright sexy item. I still look at it and admire it, and so does everyone who comes in my office. I hope this 'essay' has helped anyone whos about to purchase this piece, and im very satisfied with it.

I assembled this TV stand with my 8 year old daughter in about 25 mins. It was so easy and the instructions were so clear. The quality is truly the best I have ever seen for similar furniture items I have purchased online or at a department store and assembled myself. There were no blemishes, missing parts or issues with any of the pieces on this stand. The barn doors operate so smoothly and it look absolutely beautiful. I bought this piece based upon other reviews I had read and I want to say they did not let my expectations down. If you look in the third picture you can see how well it matched up with my Ashley Home Furniture coffee table. The one from Ashley that matched my living room suite was over $700 so I did not purchase it with my other items. I searched Amazon for one that matched it closely and I don't think I could have found a better match if I had picked it out in person.

Looks great but arrived with damage to the top front corner as if it had been dropped. International is at. disadvantage on returns.

I don’t write reviews unless I REALLY feel strongly about the item. I actually bought this item spontaneously after I had a couple drinks, so definitely did not think anything through. Overall, this piece of furniture is excellent. The packaging was very good and my item did not come damaged, which I was worried about since it was a large, heavy package (you will need at least 2 people to handle the package safely in your home). This item comes with the screws and parts you’ll need to assemble it, all you need is a good screwdriver. I assembled it in about 2 hours - good timing considering the hours I’ve spent putting together ikea furniture lol. The directions came in a booklet, we’re very clear with pictures and explanations, and were extremely easy to follow. The quality of this piece is amazing. I bought the one in beige, and it did not disappoint. I love the dark colored table on top, which matches the bed frame in the room. When it was all put together I felt that the colors were very natural and blended together well. I wanted something to go in my guest bedroom that provided some storage space for extra linens, towels, etc., with a large surface area on top to hold a tv. The convenience of the barn door exceeded my expectations, as well. While you can close the barn doors towards the center to hide your cable box and other utilities, you can also bring them out to the sides to hide your items on the other shelves. I am keeping the doors on the sides, where I plan to store the guest linens. I put a table runner on top of it because I plan to get a tv stand and hold the tv up there. The entire piece itself is very sturdy and heavy for the low price. I would love to buy from this brand again!

We were looking for some sort of buffet, TV Stand or entry way piece that was not to wide, but over 48 inches in length with some storage. We have an area in our house that serves as part dining room and part work space. The absolute first must have was that it couldn't be too wide, because there isn't a lot of walk room between this piece and our dining room table, this was the perfect dimensions. Then, we needed something functional to hold a good size turntable, yet hide other stuff we don't use on a day to day basis. This was the best I found for the price and I LOVE that it has the sliding barn doors! I will say I was concerned when the box arrived because the box itself was quite damaged and literally torn in several places, but we were impressed when we opened it to find all the extra packing material. There was absolutely NO damage to any of the pieces. It takes a little while to assemble, but the directions are clear and easy to follow. This is a very sturdy piece of furniture and I think it will hold up for a long time. Oh and we got the Ashland Pine color - my husband wanted the white, but let me go with the ashland pine and he says he is glad we did, the color fits in nicely with the rest of our furniture.

As for looks, this is a 5 star piece! As for ease of assembly, quality of materials and storage space....it's lacking. I am a handy woman and like to put things together. As soon as I opened the box and took ALL the pieces out....I remembered a review that had recommended buying the expert installation. When I saw that it was an extra $100 for the pro install, I immediately scoffed and figured I could do it on my own. Well, yes I did it on my own but holy crap, that's two hours of my life I'll never get back!! There were SO many pieces and bits of screws. The instruction manual is at least 30 pages. I took pictures of the before and after. I filled my entire office with furniture pieces. Some of what messed me up and added to the assembly time was putting pieces on backwards (trust me, it just happens). Then I had to unscrew to swap things around and get back on track. The final product is absolutely gorgeous!! I saw several pictures and reviews of pieces being crooked or having weird gaps, I did not have that problem thankfully. My big irk is that while the packaging and actual furniture is VERY heavy, it's 100% particle board. Looks great but it's low quality material. I would recommend having a rag to wipe dust off the individual pieces and a hand vaccuum to suck up the styrofoam bits. Without those things, it's a messy unpacking experience. I added hairpin legs to give it extra height and that took me another hour of BS workarounds. Ultimately I love the end result but it was a true labor of love. Lastly, the storage spaces are quite tricky to fit. We have several 13" x 13" storage cubes but they definitely wouldn't fit in this unless you take out a shelf. Even then, it looked weird. I ended up buying 12" x 8" x 5" baskets which look great but don't hold very much.

Solid, sturdy, looks great, nice height, easy to assemble, and good price. Looked at many TV stands before coming across this one and I’m just glad I didn’t settle for something else. Very happy with my purchase.

Super easy to assemble under an hour one person. Heavy and sturdy fits a 65" tv perfectly. Absolutely love this and very pleased with my purchase. Only down side would be the back middle panel was clearly cut in half to fit the packaging so that's unfortunate, but a little bit of electrical tape in the back that no one even sees anyways held it flush in place wonderfully. Would highly recommend this 👍

I am so happy with my purchase. It is definately worth the money. I am not a handy person when it comes to putting things together and this was very simple...follow the instruction booklet and SO simple. Great quality and very sturdy!! Love it!!

Received my barn door tv stand earlier than the due date , so I was happy. It was very easy to assemble. Looks great with my 60” tv on it. For the cost it’s was well worth the purchase.

Nice and solid. Doors slide with ease and was relatively easy to assemble.
