What is the secret to making the pump spout work? I assume it pops up to open, but I can't figure it out! Have pushed, pulled, turned, & twisted.

I had the same difficulty, but as I pulled and pushed it just all of a sudden work! Next time, buy the same cream in a jar where there are no hardships. That’s what I do now. 🤗

Which type is for extra dry skin?

I like the anti itch formula for that.

Is this good to use on eczema?

I highly recommend it as does my Dermatologist. I have Psoriasis and my Grandson has Eczema. This lotion is by far the best treatment.
