If you are a fan of the world's greatest race - Le Mans - then this book is a great addition to your library. It covers races up to the 2020s in superb detail supported by great photography. It can also be used as a reference for any in-depth discussions, etc. It's well-done book.

A motor racing fan for over 70 years and an ex flaggie, this is just what I was looking for. A history of the 24hrs of le Mans from the beginning. A good companion for the history of the Mille Miglia. A precis of each race along with period pics showing the development of endurance race cars over a century. The prints of some of the advertising posters is a bonus. Well worth the purchase and a great addition to my library.
