MUSICOZY 3D Sleep Headphones Bluetooth 5.4 Sleep Mask with HD Speakers

I’ve owned a previous generation of MUSICOZY sleep headphones, and this version is a noticeable upgrade. I use them for ambient music, binaural beats, nature sounds, and deep/REM sleep. The improved sound and Bluetooth make everything feel much more immersive, almost like you’re inside the music, which can even make for some pretty interesting dreams. They’re comfortable for side sleeping without earbuds in your ears or bulky headphones pressing against them. The speakers sit comfortably, the Velcro makes adjusting the fit super easy, Bluetooth has been reliable, and the battery easily lasts overnight. If you struggle sleeping with earbuds or enjoy white noise, ASMR, meditation, binaural beats, or nature sounds, these are definitely worth trying. Comfortable, adjustable, immersive, and genuinely made for sleep. 5/5!

I've been through several sleep masks over the last several years. First I'm going to cover the things that haven't been so great over time, but I promise, I love this one. Keep in mind I'm at nearly 2 years of regular usage at this point and some of these negatives are just symptoms of age. - The charging cable is very thin and gets brittle over time. I've had other sleep masks where the cable snapped. I can feel this one getting similarly brittle... slower, but it's definitely a problem. - The elastic band in back starts going bad in about a year. I have a big head so I can get away with adjusting the velcro part but at some point it will stretch too much. Smaller heads will run out of adjustment room earlier. It's not always around my head or over my eyes in the morning. - The speakers don't stay put in fabric. I have to shift them around a bit every other night or so. They're supposed to be adjustable, but would prefer they stay put once positioned. - To align the speakers well with your ears the rear strap has to be pretty high on your head. Unfortunately that spot isn't a terribly stable anchor point. It's fine, but a 2-part rear strap (for higher on your head, and one to go around the base of you skull) would be better. - It's actually kinda hard to get the speakers out. Plus the brittle charging cable plastic and I just don't want to take it apart ever to wash. - The nose and eye-socket padding flattens out dramatically over time. I can't even tell there's nose padding anymore. - The power-on announcement is a little loud, and I always have to turn it down. The volume seems to reset to high every time instead of remembering the last position. Not sure if that's the phone, the headphones, or the bt protocol in use. I just know I have headphones that do remember and that would be nice. - I double-tapped the center button once late at night and jolted awake to the sound of a friend being dialed... that was not cool. - If my sleep timer doesn't work my ear will be ringing the next morning. I think not great for the ear drums to have a speaker going right next to them all night. Another reason the initial volume is too loud. - New is nice, but it won't last. With the negatives out of the way here are the positives. I use this nearly every night. For near 2 years. I started using it because my wife started snoring sometimes and it would prevent me from falling asleep. That is not a problem anymore! The speakers are usually active between 15 and 45 minutes a night, depending on whether I fall right asleep or not. It sometimes makes it 6 days before needing a recharge, but I try to charge it around day 4. Maybe 3hrs of continuous use? Obviously it lasts longer when brand new. The buttons controlling [vol+] [play/pause] and [vol-] are exactly what I want. Play/pause will extend my sleep timer, and as my negative said I have to turn the volume down so [vol-] is handy. As the rustling of getting in bed subsides and I settle I'll tap the volume until it's just loud enough to follow. If I could have an extra button, rewind-5-minutes or so would be nice. The speakers are plenty comfortable for side-sleeping. It's a pretty good value, especially since this is the longest lived bt sleep mask I've owned. Light is blocked well enough. My room is pretty dark and this just minimizes light intrusion more. There's something meditative about putting the mask on and falling right to sleep. Some advice... don't adjust it too tight. That can lead to headaches in the morning. A loose fit that mostly stays in place is good enough.

Excellent purchase! I reccomend this product as it works well, and really easy to use. I was using my samsung buds at night to block out noise and listen to my audio books to help me sleep. But the buds were not a good silution because they fall out and are not meant to sleep in. This mask is a great solution for those who enjoy listening ro soothing sounds to sleep. The buttons on the mask are straight forward. It connects very easily to your phone. The sound is good overall. The volume does not go up that loud, but obviously you dont want loud sounds in your ear at night. If you are seeking to block out noise like a partner snoring or barking dogs, this mask will help to muffled the sound but you can still hear it, especially snoring. However, it does work well enough to make those nuances more tolerable. I give 4 stars for comfort. R The mask is comfortable but you can feel the small control panel. If you tighten the mask to where it stays in place its noticeable. The ear speakers also do not lay directly on your ears, its a one size fit all and more of a generic fit. It just takes getting a bit used to. If you dont have the ear speakers in the right position the can make your ear sore. So keep that in mind, the mask needs to be slightly snug to stay in place. It's velcro in the back which gets stuck to my hair at times but that is a minor trade off. It blocks out about 90 percent of the Light. If lights are on you can tell, but I dont mind that too much, I bought it more for the blutooth features. The battery is awesome. One charge lasted for 4 days. The material is breathable and soft. It feels like good quality. I have been wearing the mask every night since I bought it. I hope that in the future they can slim down the control panel and improve the sound and ear speaker placement. But overall I am pleased with this product. It serves a purpose and is a great solution for annoying noises that keep you up at night.

I bought this sleep mask because I HAVE to listen to ASMR every night when I go to sleep. I used to put in my AirPods every night, but they would always fall out or my ears would get super sore. And after looking at this product for a while, I finally decided to purchase it after my dog got ahold of my AirPods and destroyed them. The quality of the mask itself is amazing. It’s soft, cushioned, comfortable to wear, and blocks out light like it should. The first thing I thought about was if my ears would hurt from laying on the speaker overnight (I’m a side sleeper). But it has not been an issue. Very MILD discomfort if I stay on one side for wayyy too long. But overall not bad at all. my AirPods hurt WAY more than this does. The sound quality is INCREDIBLE. When I saw the price of it, I thought it would probably have poor sound quality or something. But actually it’s fairly comparable to my AirPods. One thing I was concerned about was wether or not I’d be able to hear things in 8d, where the sound can travel back and forth between each ear. This was important to me because a lot of ASMR is recorded that way. And to my surprise it DOES in fact do that. Last note about the sound. I was worried my partner would hear my ASMR when I’m wearing it (cause he thinks I’m weird for liking ASMR) but we tested it out and if you’re not wearing the mask, you can BARELY hear anything when at full volume (which is way too loud anyways). I don’t know how that’s possible considering the ear pieces are essentially floating by your ear. But it’s great. Full disclosure, I have only had this mask for a total of 3 days. So I can’t speak on the life span of it. It may stop working in a month, or it could last years, I don’t know yet. But my overall initial experience is that this mask is EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. I will be sure to update my review later if or when this product stop holding a charge, blows a speaker, etc. so until then, if I haven’t updated this review yet, it’s still working perfectly fine. Great product, worth the buy. Everyone needs one of these even if it’s not for ASMR purposes.

I have the noisiest upstairs neighbor that constantly stomps around during quiet hours. I’ve tried everything to drown out the noise but it’s so hard since it’s a low vibration sound. However, with this mask and the included ear plugs I could not hear a thing and it was the best night of sleep I’ve gotten in a while. I’m always worried about not being able to hear my alarm, but with the 14 hour playtime on this, I can hear my alarm with the ear plugs on as it comes through speakersdirectly to your ears. I’m a side sleeper and it was comfortable all night! Definitely buy this

I bought this mask back in to replace the one my husband gave me the Christmas before. The battery keeps going out :( I’m having to replace it already. I love them - obviously - because of the light blocking, ease of connection, sound quality, and overall comfort but the battery longevity sucks and the Velcro straps tear my hair (I sew on on a satin sheath but this makes the adjustability disappear). I’m going to try another version but but I’m going to switch brands if it does on me again.

I have tried many sleep headphones. All of them the audio was poor or falls off your head but this one. This had amazing audio. It sounds just like having headphones in. It stays on and the battery life. It lasts so long. The battery stays alive overnight. The mask itself is soft and velvety and doesn’t bother my skin and I have very sensitive skin. Its adjustable so you can adjust it to fit around your head. One of the most comfortable sleep headphones/mask I have ever had.

I had 2 (accidently bought 2) they work really well and last for long time, maybe kind of 8+ mo each - i used them every night. they are comfortable, adjustable, block light really well. My only problem, i didn't realized they are too thick, they are padded and the fabric is thick, so every morning I woke up with sweat on my eyes. I don't think is a great buy for the summer or tropical weather. Also at the ended i experienced some sort of echo in the sound, very annoying and is when i know it won't last for much more.

I have another version of the MusicCozy and loved it, so when I saw they had a sleep mask version I had to get it. It's soft and comfortable to sleep in. Dulls surrounding noise, if you're like me and wakes up with every noise, this headset helps with that. It's extra padded and fairly well at cancelling other noises. I love how it's adjustable, charges fast and lasts a long time. I can use it for several nights without needing a recharge. So far I'm very happy with it! And it's improved my sleep quality! For the price, it's definitely been worth it.

Was very skeptical before buying this, tried many other such similar products, was not satisfied. But this perfectly matches my expectations and need. Helps me to hear to sleep music and fall asleep fast. Give peaceful sleep throughout the night. Battery back up is good, adjustable strap, sound quality is decent. Very soft and comfortable fabric.
