These are easy to swallow. I can not honestly tell if it takes away pain, because I also take other supplements. Taking these makes me feel I'm on the right path, because I'm not going down without a fight. That's just me.

Not quite sure how you rate a healthy aging product? I'm still alive at seventy-five, doc says I'm healthy. Long before using this and other healthy aging products, I had the kind of stroke that makes neurologists wince just hearing about it. I only take one pill a day, not the recommended (by maker) two.

Its made in the United States which is also important to me. Iv noticed more energy and better memory since taking it. I also think it might have helped my skin. I take it because of the anti aging and longevity benefits. Im happy with this pterostilbene supplement. Another good product from this brand.
