Sooo aromatic! I love the way it smells so floral and light! A tad sweet but just enough that it doesn’t take away from the taste. Highly recommend! AND ITS SOOO CUTE! The pink is nice and vibrant in any tea cup 😆 think hot pink :) and the price is great too!

I thought this powder would taste AWFUL. However, that wasn't the result at all! I baked some cookies with this powder today and they turned out great. I would say the taste reminds ME of roses and honeysuckle with a hint of lilac. You can pair this with almost any sweet. I paired it with strawberry and dark chocolate which resulted in the BEST dessert idea I've produced in a while. I think this could also be very good in cheesecakes or jello. Both of which I will have to try. I will say, the size of the bag was a little disappointing. You'll have enough for maybe 1 baking project or 2. Just pick what you want to make carefully, and choose wisely.

But this product and was unable to use it after the first attempt. I made a Cherry Cold Foam for an Iced Chai. The flavor is 100% Rose and not Cherry Blossom. The package states that a serving is 1 tsp. I used a 1/4 tsp in my drink and it's so overpowering and floral that I can not drink it. Unless you like super floral and rose-tasting items, I would not buy this.

Received this product today, and couldn't wait to try it as there were mixed reviews. Upon opening the pkg, it was a lovely pink powder with a pleasant rose-like aroma. I was a little surprised at how thin the package was...but it's not like cherry blossoms (for consumption) is a huge market, so I am okay with paying a premium for something special. Not something i will likely use in bulk or daily. I decided to just try the recommended "recipe" within the Amazon listing: I dissolved the powder in about 1 oz of hot water, then added 5oz (cold) oatmilk. I left my phone upstairs, so just guessed at how much powder to use...i used a scant tablespoon of powder (instead of the suggested 2 tsp -- but that's pretty close). Looked pink, smells floral, tastes similar to rose. Plenty of flavor! Very pleased! I can't wait to try it in a cookie (or icing) or some sort of dessert -- just will have to experiment with amounts. I would suggest adding this to things that don't already have a strong flavor as this is somewhat mild (and expensive), so you don't want it to get lost.

I like the taste, I make cold foam for coffee with it. Easy to mix and good price. It has 0 sugars! Very low calorie as well.

I read the other reviews & took a shot anyway. It's okay. But it's NOT dried natural cherry blossoms. It's rose flavoring. And if you LIKE rose flavor, like what you get from rosewater, great! This is that, but intensified x10. I think you are probably better off buying rosewater or a rose syrup than this product, though, as you'll get an actual list of ingredients.

Five stars - tastes exactly like the way Sakura blossoms smell! Sooo good. I tried it today with just a little honey (made a tea latte) and it's amazing. I made about 14 ounces and used 1 teaspoon of powder. I read a lot of reviews saying it tasted like rose but I also have loose leaf rose tea and it tastes different. Definitely tastes like Sakura blossoms to me! :)

I've used this to make cherry blossom flavoured cocktails and all my guests love the taste as it's totally unique. There does seem to be a relatively high pectin content which meant that syrups are a bit thicker than desired but that's not really an issue with the product

I'd been wanting to make sakura mochi for ages and finally treated myself. This powder is very fragrant and just a half-teaspoon gives a beautiful pink colour to food. Very pleased with it!

I mean hey if you like turkish delight you'll like this but it's not sakura flavoured at all.
