My first trimmers worked well for about a year. One day, the power button got stuck in the “ON” position and stayed that way for roughly three hours, until the battery finally died. After that, it refused to charge again. Because of this experience, I’m now quite hesitant to buy another one.

Great trimmer for sensitive areas I’m really impressed with the MANSPOT trimmer. It’s very easy to use and feels safe on sensitive skin—no cuts or irritation so far. The blades are smooth and don’t pull hair, which makes grooming much more comfortable. It’s lightweight, waterproof, and easy to clean. Battery life is also good for multiple uses. Overall, it does exactly what I need and works better than expected for the price. Definitely recommend.

Crap company. The product completely stopped working upon attempting usage, and would never charge again! I attempted every way to find a solution. Maybe fix it or replace it. They failed to answer my emails l, messages, or calls regarding the problem. They suck and so does their cheap crappie product. Oh, and it pinches, pulls and cuts.

I've gone through a dozen trimmers since growing my beard/mustache some 40 years ago. I know in the last 5 years there have been a few dozen companies that offer a variety of hair trimmers. This version I like a lot. The single most important "like" is that the blades are easily replaceable and the lower blade is made of cermaic, so, is does not grab and pull the hairs anyplace on your body regardlass of how long or short you set the trimmer. I've used this Trimmer once a week for several months now, waiting to write a review based on my reality of use and charge life. I'm pleased to say this MANSPOT Manscape Trimmer is money well spent. A charge last me 4 weeks and yes it is a wide blade trimmer, it works great and needs no oil.

My second trimmer has now failed. The first one lasted 2 years and the seller sent me a new one after it just started flashing red and wouldn't charge. Also the 3mm guard broke. The retention tab snapped off. To the seller's credit, they sent me a new one with minimal effort on my part. That's great, but the replacement died within 6 months. This time the LED is flashing purple. There were also a couple of other things I did not like about the design. First, the power button is located in a place where it is very natural to hold the device, so I would often turn off the shaver. Secondly, I noticed that water would pool in the included stand/dock and as a result, I could not keep the device in its stand. As it is, the USB port started to look pretty corroded after a few months of this. Thirdly, It wasn't a particularly close shave. I found an older Wahl trimmer was a closer trim. And finally, I found that traveling with this unit, I would often pack my bag, go to zip it up and then the unit would turn on due to the button placement and no safeguards against accidental engagement. So the customer service was pretty good but I am looking for something else at this point.

Works well for my partner. Long lasting battery time and does a good job with long thick hair.
