I acquired a tiny puppy who I am trying to housebreak. She has no idea when she’s going to go to the bathroom. Then winter came which really added to the problem. I decided she’s like trying to potty train a 9 month old baby with no back up diapers. . I was complaining to a friend about the problem and she said why don’t you try diapers? I thought why didn’t I think of that? lol I tried the disposable ones first. They worked sorta. It was like trying to put a dialer on an eel. Then she found out she could tear them off. Sigh. The other problem was the opening for tail. The poop just pops out. Location location. Two openings too close together. At least for her. So I tried the cloth diapers with pads. The opening for her tail is still too big and again location location. They fit better no extra bulk on the sides. She hates the sound of the Velcro when I take them off and she’s still like putting a diaper on an eel, but she can’t tear them off. She’s definitely more comfortable with them too. The disposable pads works perfectly in them. The material is sturdy and washes and dries really well. I like the plain color I choose. I highly recommend them. Also less bulk makes them easier to put on her. The extra small fits her skinny little waist just fine. I never thought I would be using disposable diapers again especially on a dog but I’m happy they are available.

We use these mostly as a chastity belt for our maltipoo. She is 8 lbs and the extra small fits great. Our male toy poodle hates them, but they work great for this purpose. They are both too young to breed at this time. We also have disposable diapers but one of them (not sure which) is pulling them off. She didn't like them at first, but she's gotten used to them now. She's even peed in them a couple of times outside. Tail hole seems to fit her right, quality seems good, absorbency seems adequate since the only time we use them is while she's in heat.

Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. However, this product was a life saver for me as I have a 12 yr old pug with incontenance. I ordered these diapers in desperation and was at first very disappointed. When I tried to put them on my old girl they were way too big and would promptly fall of as soon as she started walking. I researched the issue online and doggy diaper suspenders seemed to be the solution. Just as I was about to order a pair I had a light bulb moment. These diapers were so large that all I had to do was weave the the tabs that secure the diaper through my pugs harness and then pull the tabs down until the Velcro tabs attached to the Velcro strip on her back (see attached picture). This worked like a charm. Now it is important to note that my pug is a slender 14lbs. and doesn’t have the common oversized barrel chest that most pugs have. If your pug ways more and/or has a barrel chest you will need to go up a size to secure these diapers to a harness. Following is a list of what I feel are the pros and cons of this product. Pros: 1) Inexpensive - 3 diapers at just under $15 2) Effective - urine and poop is neatly secured (ensure the tail hole is pulled up over base of tail and completely covers their anus) 3) Washable - swirl in toilet to rinse, place in soapy water and swirl vigorously, rinse and wring, and then hang dry 4) Comfortable - it is quite evident my pug does not mind wearing them as she prances (be careful to not pull the straps too tight) 5) Cute - these all black diapers are actually cute on my pug despite the fact that I find dog diapers to be ridiculous looking Cons: 1) Falling off the dog unless secured to something in some matter FYI: I only gave this product 4 stars because I feel like the issue I incountered with these diapers is something that the designers should have considered and either accounted for in their design or included a pair of suspenders in the purchase.

OMG! These are a serious breath of fresh air after using disposable newborn baby diapers we cut tail-hole in. Our little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is very petite for her breed (only 7 lbs & full grown). The disposable diapers are clearly uncomfortable for her, and they never stay on. The worst part is pulling off the pull-tabs and accidentally pulling her little hairs with it :( I wanted to find a diaper to make her more comfortable during this obviously already uncomfortable time. I came across these & followed the measurement instructions. She has such a tiny waist, I ordered the XS. They fit perfectly! A little extra room around the legs, but honestly her legs are like chicken bones so that is expected. Plus it's SO much better than how tight the baby diapers were because we had to fasten the tabs tighter around her (to keep her from escaping them) and that meant her legs didn't have a ton of room either. I thought about using the little snaps to adjust it more, but I decided it's perfectly okay as it is. I LOVE that this velcro is on top of her back AND that it's super durable. It doesn't start losing its ability to stick after removing & re-applying the diaper for all the potty breaks of the day. The colors are perfect! I would have even went with one of the adorable patterns, but the solid colors were available for Same-Day shipping. I wanted them ASAP!! The fabric and elastic banding all around really is just so nice. I wish I had gotten these sooner honestly. She doesn't sit or lay awkwardly in these, looking miserable. I can tell she's much more comfortable!! Plus, I won't be annoying her by readjusting her diaper every hour or 2 just to make sure she stays in it. It doesn't slide down or get out of place when she moves around or sleeps. It's a win-win!! I would recommend these to anybody. Thank you!!

Great product !! Works wonderfully for my 3lb new chihuahua we saved from a kill shelter. Shes working on potty training and these have definitely helped her understand. She goes into shame mode lol and has not had any accidents. They stay on with strong velcro and fit just right. Easy to clean and reuse.Thank you

I purchased these for my Maltipoo who just went into heat. The sizing is pretty accurate. I highly recommend measuring your dog before buying. My dog is a little over 10 lbs, and the size “small” fit her perfectly. However, there’s one big issue the tail hole is designed way too small. My dog’s tail fits through it, but the opening is so tight that if she were to defecate, it would go into the diaper and create a huge mess. I’ve used disposable dog diapers before and never had this problem, and even if my dog accidentally went, it wouldn’t get inside the diaper or all over her genital area. This design flaw is really disappointing and important for other buyers to know. As for absorbency if your dog pees a lot, these won’t hold much. They definitely don’t hold anywhere near a cup of urine. The liquid can soak through, and it doesn’t dry quickly. The padding is decent, but there’s no real barrier to prevent leaks. The only positives is the diapers are comfortable for my dog and they stay on securely. Overall if you need these as actual diapers for accidents or heavier urination, I wouldn’t recommend them. They’re more like underwear than functional diapers.

I am very pleased with the Paw Legend diapers for dogs. I use these for my puppy when I travel, and I am currently using it as she went into her first heat at 8 months. I have two sets, one small in the solid color set of pink, teal blue, and black, and the leopard print in medium. When the packages arrived, I was really surprised to see the large differences between the two sizes. It's actually seems a bit strange to have such a discrepancy. The reason I ordered the two sizes is because my puppy's waist is exactly 15 inches. I didn't know what to order. So, the small one is almost two small on the waist especially after washing because it did shrink about 1/2 inch. But it still works and her tail fits. The medium is too large. I use the snaps to make it as small as possible which does make gaps at the legs. However, I wish I had two medium sets because the medium is easier to put on her when she's fidgety. The quality of both sets are great. They wash and dry well, and each diaper has gone through this at least 15 times. I've dried gently in the dryer, and I've hung dry. The colors haven't faded, the velcro works well, and she seems happy and comfortable in them. She only tried to pull the small off a few times, and then she stopped. I think the medium is more comfortable for her. I would be happy to buy this brand in the future if I need more in a medium.

Been looking for a good reusable dog diaper and this is a gem! It stores multiple pees without being wet and sticky (thus causing rashes). Absorbs perfectly and my dog has stopped trying to pull it off (even enjoys sitting now cos it's soft!). Love how it also doesn't cut into her skin at the leg area like the cheaper disposable ones do. The sizing is very customizable but might not be suitable for hound types due to their unique shape.

Esta muy bien hecho, las medidas están bien y tienen buen material, aparte trae un filtro extra y un velcro extra. Si los compran les recomiendo que los usen con los botones para arriba así les queda mejor y no les incomoda.
