I have been taking this boron supplement every day for a few months now. This is the newest addition to my daily regimen, and there have been gradual changes over the period of use. It’s a great support for my other supplements. There was a slight clay taste the first couple of times I took it but no aftertaste. The capsules are small in comparison to my D3 capsules and are easy to swallow. The bottle has 240 doses so, you can’t go wrong. I use this brand for a lot of my supplements. They keep them affordable which I appreciate so much.
