Team up with Craig T. Nelson in his Primetime Emmy® Award-winning role as Hayden Fox, the curmudgeonly coach of Minnesota State University's Screaming Eagles football team, as he tries to navigate his way through the sports world, fatherhood and family life without dropping the ball. All 200 episodes across 9 high-rated seasons are available in their entirety for the first time ever, so there's no time like the present to get in the game for one of the most entertaining series ever! Review: No captioning or subtitles at all. - I gave this 5 stars because it is a great comedy. Craig T. Nelson heads a good cast of characters and he is at his best in this show. On the page selling this item though, it said there was captioning for hearing impaired and I bought it immediately. There is no captioning though. I have to use headphones turned all the way up to hear it at all. But I will keep it and use the headphones because as I said, it is a great show. As for the physical item itself, it arrived on time and in perfect shape. Review: Happy - First off this is not a review of the show but of the delivery and condition of product. Very happy. Was brand new and still wrapped. Box was in perfect condition and all of the discs were spotless. The packaging isn't fancy but doesn't need to be. Looks fine and keeps the discs clean and safe. So far all discs have worked perfectly but if that changes I'll update this review. If you are a fan of the show this is a must have. Price can't be beaten for a brand new set and is very enjoyable. No complaints.

Best show ever
Couldn't find it on any platform. Right after I bought it, I found it on Roku(lol). Still glad I bought it. Love this show.

Early Seasons The Best
Hubby and I enjoyed the first five seasons of Coach. After that, in my opinion, it started to go down hill. The series became less about football and the characters changed as well. What had made them quirky and lovable was now exaggeratedly annoying. Luther became just plain obnoxious, Dauber beyond dumb and Christine is whiny. Then with the move to Florida and the baby story line it almost became unwatchable. As to the quality of the discs and packaging, yes it's cheap cardboard but that's ok, the price was more than fair for nine seasons. Quality wise, it looked fine on our 50 inch tv and all of the discs played without skips or glitches. Seasons one through five are comedy gold. They should have ended it then.

Laugh Out Loud
This show is hysterical! I purchased this series recently, but really hadn't watched many episodes when it was originally on. After the first season it really takes off and is absolutely laugh out loud. My wife and I are binge-watching it, an episode each night, and it's one of the few shows old or new that we both really look forward to. The show reminds us of Frasier, but instead of a pompous, ego-driven middle-aged man who does stupid things, Hayden (Coach) is a bit of a caveman, fumbling his way through life in hysterical situations and coming to grips with the modern world around him. It also has a lot of heart. The supporting cast is absolutely fantastic.

Love this show. Ignore the cheap packaging of this set.
I was quite happy to be able to buy the complete series of Coach. Pretty much a staple on ABC during most of the 90s, the wacky adventures of Hayden Fox and loveable dimwits Luther and Dauber were always good for laughs. Shelley Fabares was always great as the sensible voice of reason, Christine Armstrong. I don’t remember much about the last two seasons, as by then I was not home much to watch the show because I had gotten an evening job, so it’s great to be able to revisit this. As many have said, you will be getting a bare bones release with absolutely no special features and flimsy packaging. That’s the only thing I would rate as poor, so put this set in a safe place. However, for affordability, it hits the mark. It’s great comfort TV and by now a throwback to an earlier era, so if you were a fan of this show back in the day, you’ll be pretty happy with this.

Fun, almost every episode.
Frasier is my favorite show of all time. This is not that clever, but this made me and my wife laugh out loud almost every night when we would watch 1-3 episodes. The later seasons become a little too preachy on issues that, I think, don't need to be in a comedy. (In fact, many episodes were more drama than comedy.) The first 7 seasons are totally enjoyable. The characters played by Craig Nelson and Jerry Van Dike are jocks with no self-awareness. Jerry Van Dike usually runs away with the sketch and gets the laughs. His not-quite-adequate and insecure character gets caught with food on his shirt and in his pockets and should be embarrassed but isn't. He was every bit as funny as his more famous brother. Craig Nelson was an unknown commodity for me until this series, and he played every sort of role -- comedic and dramatic -- with verve. I thoroughly recommend this series.

To get all 9 seasons of this show which I loved at such a low price I have to give 5 stars. I thought this was a no thrills set with no extras but having just finished season 5 saw the Mary Hart Coach special was also included. My only complaint as others have commented is the awful cardboard box the Dvds come in. My box arrived crushed and almost impossible not to tear when getting the Dvds out for first time. It's annoying but most important thing is the content and can't fault the actual dvds and price.

Nice to finally have the complete series out and available at a decent price. Coach wasn't my favorite show of all time or anything, but it was good and I enjoyed watching it. Especially when actor Jerry Van Dyke (of My Mother The Car etc... fame) became a regular part of each episode. I have a number of favorite episodes and I highly recommend this set for anyone who enjoys a good sitcom.
