I am a nurse who works 13 to 14 hours a day. This product is amazing for neck and shoulder pain. It smells wonderful and heats quickly. The only thing is you have to microwave it twice. So both sides get hot. The only downside also is it doesn't stay hot for very long. It's very effective for neck and shoulder pain, It helps me relax at the end of a long day.

I have a herniated disc in my neck and need frequent heat to calm muscle spasms. I was using a plug in heating pad before but it was too light and thin and didn’t stay in contact with my muscles unless I oressed down on it. This microwaveable neck wrap is amazing! It has a soft outer material with compartmentalized inner beads that stay dispersed. When applied rests nicely on neck, shoulders upper back and pec muscles and can be easily shifted to put more or less pressure on specific areas. I heat mine for 3 minutes in the microwave and the heat lasts a good while. I should note that I got unscented. And there was no odor upon unboxing or heating like some other brands. Just get it! Your muscles will thank you!

Love it, it feels SO good

This is my second suzzipad purchase. I love the weight of this neck pad. It stays in place nicely. The pad keeps warm well and I use it every day. I've had no issues with this brand. I wish they made an even larger one for a lap warmer or something. The scent is nice though and not overwhelming.

It takes longer to heat in my microwave heating pads but it's the best one I've had previously. Excellent quality, stays in place, the neck portion hugs my neck, great coverage for shoulders and upper back; providing me with moist heat that lasts longer than my previous heating pads. It also has a very light pleasant scent. The material feels so luxurious on my skin. I now have to fight over it with the rest of my family lol. Might have to get them their own.
