Works well. Acceptable quality. Likely long durability. Holds oxygen tank fine. Allows me to ride my motorcycle without a problem of it sliding off my shoulder during acceleration, which I do a considerable quantity of for the need for speed is still alive and well in this 73 year-old beat-upped body.

This is just what we needed for our daughter's oxygen tank when we are not home. We like that it has a square that folds down to make the bottom of the backpack more sturdy and secure when standing it up. Also we really like the two places that have Velcro that wraps around the tank to keep it secure. Our D tank fits in it easily. the gromet holes are convenient for placement of the oxygen tubing. It is lightweight. Quality product.

Love the backpack, purchased it a few times... this year. I wish the stitching were more durable. It keeps ripping at the top part of the strap where my neck is. Right where the strap connects to the bag. The zipper also breaks away from the bag. I assume that's because the top of the oxygen bottle has no room to move around. I am constantly taking the bag on and off throughout the day so the bottle moves around a lot. I also wear the bag on one shoulder a lot (because I have to remove it frequently) and that pulls and distorts the bag at the top causing more friction. After going through 2 bags last year (2025), I've decided to go with another bag I found on Amazon. The new bag let's you purchase Asurion insurance with the bag. That way if the bag rips again they will replace it for the next two yesrs. Other than that. It's great material, nice looking and durable. I'll still buy it again because it's a great bag, but I have to replace it about every 4 months because I rip out the top of the straps.

After years of fighting with the cheap oxygen backpacks that my Medicaid covers, this is a absolute Godsend! After covid hit, the normal C tanks that I used before became almost non-existent in my town, so they started giving me the D tanks, and the bags for them are complete crap! They didn't have the backpack style, just the ones that had one strap that connects to the top and bottom of the bag, so the tanks would be on their sides, not up and down. Now if you have other health problems, like I do, having all the weight on one shoulder was not something I could physically do. I can do the backpack ones because it's distributes the weight differently, although even that can be hard some days. I searched locally and even in the bigger cities, and even paying for it myself, I could not find any decent backpack type carriers. I wasn't sure about ordering one from Amazon, because I couldn't feel it and determine the quality myself, (and I use Amazon for Everything). I finally decided to just go for it and settled on this one, and omg I am so happy I did. I love that I could get it in purple too. There is a plastic piece on the inside, at bottom of the bag that the tank sits on, and two support straps inside that hold the tank in place. Such a huge improvement from what I have been using for years. It even has little "feet" on the bottom of the outside so i can set it on the concrete when I am sitting outside and not get the bottom of the bag dirty. There are numerous holes throughout, that you can put your tubing through, giving you the option to choose the best placement for you, without kinking the tubing inside the bag. This is a huge deal for me because my tubing would kink if I didn't have the bag sitting just right. The two zippered pockets on the front are big enough for your oxygen key, extra cannulas, keys, phone etc. I have been able to carry my wallet and phone and eliminate the need for my purse, for most errands and appts. I haven't had any problems with loose stitching where the straps are sewed to the top of the bag itself. I did notice that mentioned in a couple of the reviews. Everything seems to be holding up great so far, but I have only had it for a few months, so I can't say how it will hold up after a year or so, but I will update if I have problems with stitching, zippers, straps, etc. Definitely happy with this purchase!

There's nothing like an oxygen backpack and this one fills my needs. The tank is rather heavy but will last me for just about 8 hours. Its a D tank. Just fits in there neatly. I've come to love these types of back packs because they really in my case gave me back my freedom. I have both hands free to do what I want with. No more pushlng that metal cart around in front of me. Quite frankly I feel like a human again. So far I've bought 3 backpacks. 2 for C tanks. 1 for D tank. The only problem I had was the first C tank carriers zipper came apart at the top of the case. I couldn't fix it. So I reported it to Amazon. They gave me an email address to send my complaint to. Unfortunately I never got a call from them as they stated in their email msg. So Amazon gave me a gift card credit towards my next purchase. I later received an email msg stating I was going to get a refund for the carrier since it was still under its year warranty by the manufacturer. As they say or I say all that starts out bad doesn't necessarily end up bad.

Great backpack for D Cylinders. love all the options for routing of the hose and the pockets are great for carrying extra canula, oximeter, inhalers, masks, etc. I can honestly say none of mine have come with a "logo" on the bag so could easily be a Knock Off as I have had to return a couple with faulty zippers. The one currently in use is about 4 months old and is showing signs of wear already - I have had to re-stich the main zipper as the stitching came out and had to replace the 'bottom' pad inside the bag. Granted, I use it A LOT (easily 6-10 tanks/day) consequently expect 'some' wear. I would not be with out though as I am far more mobile with it and it allows me to be hands free. Love my independence! I would love to see to have the to off the main bag reinforced better/double thickness and stronger zippers. Otherwise, it is the best bag I have found "so far"

Fits D tank or smaller, really sturdy seems well made. Very happy with this purchase. I hate lugging around the tanks and this backpack has made it easier and more comfortable. Really like the burgundy red colour.
