No heat

I ordered heat patches. These are just stickers and no heat is given off. Would not recommend

Different but effective from other moxibustion stickers.

These have a strong enough smell to be aware they have active natural ingredients but not overpowering. They have air holes on the backing so while they do 'sweat it out' (moxibustion) your skin can still breathe. You won't feel the concoction working like other brands. But when you remove them after treatment, you will see the 'sweat' from the moxibustion. I would say it's a more subtle treatment than other brands. I'm not an expert but sharing my experience with different brands. They have a magnet in each patch, which is pretty awesome.
