Excellent for XBox Series X
Extremely pleased with this “budget” monitor for my Xbox Series X. Mostly bought this to take advantage of the 165hz refresh rate so I could run 120fps on console in Halo Infinite multiplayer and other competitive shooters. This monitor does not disappoint. Until now I was playing on a 4K 60hz 55” TV and the difference is night and day. No ghosting and no noticeable input lag. It’s 1080p, but actually looks pretty stunning and the difference compared to 4K is quite negligible while gaming. Setup was fairly simple: just make sure to set your Xbox up in settings for 1080p/120fps. Other settings are really just a matter of personal preference. VRR works smoothly since Microsoft has patched the issues it had in the past. HDR looks good and pcRGB color profile looks excellent as well. The IPS screen is bright, with a fair contrast. Build wise it’s extremely solid and has a bit of weight to it. Height/angle adjustments are a bit limited, but feel smooth and sturdy. If you’re looking for a similar upgrade within a budget, I highly recommend the BenQ MOBIUZ EX240.

Unique brightness adjust feature
Standard 24" gaming monitor. Super responsive and great color accuracy. Monitor features and quality felt top notch. Height adjust and swivel was also sooo smooth. Best hidden feature is definitely the sensor that changes brightness for you according to the light shining on it. Lasting me 2 years and ongoing.

Great monitor, too pricey.
Extremely bright, with a durable stand, colors pop, high hz. That being said, the stand is a big waste of money on your part especially if you are deciding to get a monitor arm. Since the monitor stand is as high quality as it is, you might as well buy a monitor for the same price at 1440p and buy your own monitor arm. Overall very good though, though too pricey.

A productive monitor for work and play!
I purchased the monitor as a part of a mobile desk station and I can say that it has exceeded my expectations. Being familiar with the Ben Q brand, I knew of the quality and value from a previous purchase. The gaming monitor has nice built in features including multiple ports for connecting to assortment of electronic devices and the ability to fine tune the settings to find your perfect setup. All in all, a nice buy without breaking the bank.

Great colors, great refresh rate and great price
This monitor is perfect for those needing to use this for multiple devices. Use a display port for your PC and HDMI for consoles or PC. The colors look great and you can customize them to your liking. This somehow looks and responds better than a Samsung Gaming Odyssey monitor I had before this one. This monitor does come with speakers as well and it’s automatically enabled out the box so just switch it to your preferred output when needed. The speakers aren’t all that but it’s great for maybe switch games or single player games. My Samsung gaming monitor broke down on me within 4 years so I’m hopeful for this Ben Q. It does take up a tiny bit more room than the Samsung and it’s loads heavier but I just need a fast refresh rate and good looking monitor that works and this gets it down nice. Brightness if also great as well! Overall I think it gets a 9/10 from me. Only drawback is it takes a few more seconds to notice the input/turn on compared to my Samsung gaming monitor. No big deal at all. It’s a 2 second difference.

Great quality.
Very pleased with this. Good picture, good colors. No speakers unfortunately... but it does have a built in power supply, which I appreciate. Before purchasing this I bought a KTC and an INNOCN monitor. I wasn't impressed with either, and found the color balance to be rather ugly. Sent them back, bought this BENQ, and am pleased with the final product. Recommended.

Great for gaming
Amazing monitor overall for the price it’s listed at! I’m surprised it’s not one of the monitors that pops up on the first page when searching for gaming monitors at this size. I had to do some research on good monitors to find this one! If you’re considering a gaming monitor then keep this one in mind. It might cost a bit more than others in this size, but it’s worth it.

Shot after 18 months
I was very happy with this monitor. However, buyer beware. I bought it in February, 2025. It bit the dust today - Sept. 3, 2026. I think a monitor should last more than 18 months. I replaced it with a similarly priced Samsung 27". I don't like the Samsung as much, but I expect it to last for at least five years.

Good Build Quality but Poor Documentation
The BenQ monitor has good build quality but comes without adequate operational documentation. There are many video and audio settings possible through the menu system but no documentation is provided to guide in the setup. There is an instruction manual online but even this is incomplete as to details about monitor settings. Other than this the monitor if left on its default settings works well.

great gaming monitor 8.5/10 rating
I've been using this monitor for some time and look around all sorts of it's setting and use cases, here's a few things that isn't listed on the store page: pros: 10-bit output color depth AMA (Advanced Motion Acceleration) 165hz at 1080p is great for any gamer great visual control decent quality speakers matte screen coating auto shutdown when not in use (adjustable). cons: 1ms MPRT turns out to be 2ms response times HDRi doesn't feel as premium as one would expect. overall if you're planning on using this for console gaming than this is a great monitor, just fine tune the visuals and you got yourself a killer gaming experience with good sound, for PC gaming it does just as well though the blacks aren't as deep as a VA panels but with light tuner set to -4 it can make scenes look much darker and cinematic, visual customization is 9/10. Audio: with audio comes with 3 options "FPS (high triple, mids, low bass), Cinema (high bass, mids, low triple), pop/live (high mids, triple, decent bass)" volume can go really loud at the point it could cause a noise complaint if you keep your music on max, sound quality is good, i could confidently put away my old speakers i had and just use the monitor's built in speakers, only thing i would love to have not lacks is Equalization adjustment of the audio for fine tuning. overall I'd recommend this monitor for anyone wanting to game at 1080p at 165hz, i rate it 8.5/10.

Great monitor for the price.
I just ordered two of the IPS version. They work well, have very minimal backlight bleed (both units I received have a tiny bit in the upper right corner, but it is not enough to bother me), the backlight is otherwise very uniform, and with some adjustments, the colors look pretty much spot on. They're amazing for gaming, I no longer experience screen tearing like I was having before due to gaming on 60hz monitors. Overall, I am very satisfied. The stand is fully adjustable (height, tilt, and rotation, which is rare at this price point) which is great, but if your desk is shallow, you might prefer to mount them on a monitor arm because the stand does take up a lot of room because of its v-shape. The monitor casing is on the thicker side, which is good because it makes it seem pretty durable. I had originally purchased two ASUS VG249Q1R which had terribly uneven backlighting, blown out colors and were so thin the the slightest press against the back translated to changes in the panel, so I returned them and got these instead. No regrets, I'm keeping the BenQ!

Excelente monitor gamer
