Great flavor! First time making UBE cupcakes from scratch. Used this product for the Halaya and flavor of the batter and whipped cream. Alcohol flavor is strong so maybe next time I’ll add a little less to the whipped cream. It was fine in the Halaya and batter. I definitely recommend it, love the fact that it has no dyes. I’ll definitely be using this product in the future. 💜

This is exactly Ube flavor. And as a Filipina I would know since I grew up eating this stuff! I honestly find a lot of Ube treats in the U.S. doesn’t really have a strong Ube flavor as I grew up knowing it to be. But buyer beware! This could get tipsy if you don’t cook off the alcohol! I learned that the hard way trying to make ube ice cream with this (mind you, I’m very sensitive to alcohol so even a little amount I will notice an effect). I also used it to make my own perfumes. Such a lovely flavor and scent.

The ube flavor is not ube flavored. It tastes like a mix of almond, pistacho, and vanilla extract. It distinctly and predominantly smells and tastes like pistachio extract.

Tastes just like Japanese melon candy / Melona bars! I used the honeydew flavoring to make ice cream and it tastes almost identical to melona bars so if you’re looking for the Japanese melon flavor this is it!

It kind of tastes like chemicals but you might like that kind of thing.

This smells just like Ube and tastes great. My only complaint is the lack of color which has pros and cons. I mainly use it to make pretty lattes and purple cold foam but I find myself having to add a tiny bit of purple food coloring along with it to make it look like it is ube flavoring. But overall, I would totally recommend

I absolutely love this flavor! It added a bright crisp apple taste to my caramel apple latte and I only used 1/4 of a teaspoon to 14 ounces of milk. I was looking for something that would add flavor but not sugar and boy did I get lucky when I took the chance on this product. It did not disappoint. I love that the extract does not contain the chemical soup that a lot of extracts contain. And no fake dyes or colors! The product was packaged well and arrive sealed and in tact. They even included recipe cards and coupons. I reached out to the company for suggestions for other pairings and the customer service was impeccable. Their response time was almost immediate. They were very kind as to share new ideas and flavor combinations. I was so happy with my purchase that I ordered more flavors.

Birthday cake flavor tastes very bad and is weak.
