Purchased already 2 times, I’m on a weight loss glp-1 and this helped, it doesn’t not stop the hair shedding falling completely but it does help minimize it, I do take other vitamins and biotin and use hair loss shampoo, and all combined has helped. It does make your nails grow, that’s for sure, I get my nails done monthly and I always have to have them cut.
