This is the best tasting vitamin I ever had. As for the effects on my hair and nails, I cannot say because I don't think I have been taking them long enough, though I do notice my nails though not noticeably stronger do seem to be growing as they didn't seem to before.

Let me begin by telling you that these actually WORK!! I had been taking Nutrafol for 2 months (not to mention I was so tired of taking 4 pills a day) I cancelled my subscription and switched to these and my hair has stopped shredding completely!
