I like to make soap and this product makes my hobby easier, I can create a large cuantity in less time.

The set up of this product can best be described as rudimentary, but it will do what it's intended to do--particularly if you are using a soft soap recipe. I required a lot of patience to set this up and even broke my wire that went into the twister. I had to find a way to manage to re-twist, but it was not the same as before. When I did get it together it was OKAY. Not incredibly reliable in terms of sturdiness for use of multiple bars, but it thankfully cut my soap little 3lb loaf. The wire holder will occasionally slip and the side "stair step" pieces sometimes slip, but if you are a novice soap maker like me, this will probably be a good starter investment in lieu of the more expensive purchases. I'm not sure how this holds up with a harder soap or a larger batch, but for my first 3lb swirl loaf--the soap cutter did it's job and didn't have too much of a struggle.
