The delivery was quick. The padlock is made of stainless steel as stated, feels strong and sturdy. The setup process was easy enough that I was able to start using it within 15 minutes including setting up the phone app. The fingerprint function works well and I was able to setup multiple fingerprints to unlock without any problems. I like it comes with backup keys which enable me to unlock it quickly when it runs out of batteries without using a power bank to charge.

We needed another option for an area storing supplies. This has worked great for our company!! We know who has accessed the area.

The unit is well built. Feels heavy in have, solid lock for outdoor use, I have a warehouse that need a lock with multiple access, this works well, the app is also easy to use, I recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Addressed issues promptly. Durable outdoor lock.

Instructions are written in teeny tiny print so you need a magnifying glass to read them. Nothing about the lock or the app is intuitive or easy to figure out.

Love love love this item it’s easy, I was tired of the combination lock being put back backwards and unable to see BUT this is the best compromise

I am still debating as to whether I will keep this or not. My issues are two fold. First, the fingerprint reader is extremely unreliable as it works only one out of five or six tries. Second, the app design is horrible. It is not intuitive or user friendly. The unlock list defaults to oldest to newest. I don’t care who opened the lock six weeks ago, I want to see who opened it most recently. To see that I have to either scroll through the entire list or press the button to reorder the list. Every. Single. Time. The app does not keep the last setting and when you open it again it defaults back to showing you the oldest entries first. Finally, I wish I knew this sooner, the app does not time stamp the entries. Not 100% worthless, but it will do until something more worthless comes along.

I was really satisfied until the outside temperature dropped to zero degrees celcius: the lock was completely dead, even though the day before it was still fully charged and functional.This information is not included in the description of the item and it is very disappointing, considering that at my home, the temperature is below zero 6 months a year.

Worked well for a couple of months. After that battery only lasted 2 - 3 days after being fully charged. Luckily has a key option so use the key now instead

Faulty product. Unlocking with fingerprint stopped working despite recognising fingerprint, faulty locking mechanism.
