Too small
Awful, so small and it's not growing once planted

Wish I’d paid more
Plant was delivered quickly but a little bit disappointed as it resembles 2 small sticks at the moment. I suppose I should have expected this for the price. Wish I’d paid more for a larger plant. Hopefully it will bloom and grow over time.

Lovely plant, super customer service.
Very nice Acer plant, gives you the pot size, 20-30 cm, but the plant size is less one foot tall. An initial mistake on the first plant received, but soon resolved, great customer service.

Great customer support
Unfortunately my Acer died but the customer service was amazing. They got back to me the same day and offered me a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund as they had no more of the acer in stock at the time. The refund was with me the next day. So sad about my acer but would definitely use them again as the customer support was amazing. I was just unlucky
