Comes folded into a square so it obviously wont lit flat for ages
Well the rug arrived no problem but the first thing I noticed was it was not rolled up. It was folded into a square package. Opened it and I liked the colour the pattern but not the creases. Laid it out and it was obviously folded lengthways first and it has left a visible seam in the rug where pile now seems to lie in opposite directions. plus the other creases. I do like this runner so I have rolled it up in hopes it will straighten out. I will give it a day or two rolled up then lay it flat and hope it is ok. My sis in law bought a rug on internet and it too was folded and the creases have not come out. I hope mine is not like this. Manufacturers please be aware this is not good for your customers . Had it not been for this I would have given more stars as the quality is fine .

J'ai acheté cet article pour ma cuisine.A son arrivée, le tapis était livré plié et non roulé.Le tapis était fortement marqué par un pli qui, quoi que l'on fasse, ne partait pas.Il est dommage que le fabriquant ne sache pas que l'on ne plie pas les tapis, on les stocke roulés.De plus, le tapis est très très mince.Produit retourné.
