I have read that natural flavours is code for garbage. What is the flavouring made of?

Pure Encapsulations NAC + Glycine powder contains natural flavors. These flavors are formulated using naturally derived ingredients. The flavoring is proprietary. If you have an allergen of concern kindly reach out to Pure Encapsulations directly to confirm.

How many grams of sugar/carbs are contained per serving? Thanks.

Pure Encapsulations Pure Encapsulations NAC + Glycine Powder does not contain a significant level of carbohydrate/calories. Carbohydrate is an FDA mandated item for the supplement facts panel. Carbs must “be listed when they are present in measurable amounts. A measurable amount is an amount that exceeds the amount that can be declared as "zero" [0.5g] in the nutrition label of conventional foods, as specified in 21 CFR 101.9(c)”. Pure does not list carbohydrates/calories on the Pure Encapsulations NAC + Glycine Powder label therefore, the amount is less than .5g.

How to improve taste?

Mix with juice. I mix it with cold hibiscus tea. Hold your nose... It's a small amount in a 4 oz. Glass

does it taste like artificial sweetener or free of nasty sweet flavors?

To me the flavor is just right I don't like sweet drinks. I use room temp water(disanty) but I use half it states to mix it. You must mix a bit to get it to devolve all of it. To answer no it does not taste like nasty sweet flavor
