its a 250mg caffeine tablet but it doesn't work for me at all. i am not a regular coffee and caffeine user and i don't have any caffeine tolerance at all . i feel lazy entire day after taking the tablet , i do not feel any caffeine reaction in my body, its cheaper and having high doses in mg but it is a waste of money, i am writing all these because , i think it is necessary to write a product review of these types of product , it is totals worthless . if you think i am developing caffeine tolerance , really a 250 mg does feels like nothing. and it is my second day of using the product.It's not pure caffeine; it contains starch. checked it under UV light and with iodine solution, and it turned bluish-black.

I bought this product 3 days ago and start using right from the day i bought. Most people said and even in the recomended usage section in the package, they mentioned we can 1 to 2 capsules per day. For me just one is more than enough. It took around 1 hour for me to start feeling the effect. I'm using this caffine capsule to kick start my work. These days am losing focus and feels sleepy cos of fatigue. One capsule a day since last 3 days gives me enough energy for me to work till night. I could also skip my tea/coffee recharge.
