My new puppy made ample use of my living room carpet during the house training ordeal. Ample use! I tried this product, as I have never been really satisfied with any other rug shampoo. I pretreated the stains with a solution of 4 ounces product/gallon of water, and then used the same strength solution in my Hoover Vacuum Rug Shampooer. I would describe the results as spectacular! All the stains were removed, and as usual a pretty good slug of dirt was removed also (it's always pretty disgusting when you clean your rugs and see just how dirty they really were). This is a great product, better than Resolve in my hands. I really didn't notice the scent, so I can't comment on that. The only minor fault I find is the liquid does foam quite a bit in the "dirty" tank, so I had to empty it more often than usual. Small price to pay for these great results! P.S. Knock on wood, the dog hasn't used the carpet since cleaning-maybe there is something in the scent that discourages marking.

I switched over to this product and keep on hand to use in my Little Green Machine Carpet Spot Cleaner, after the Bissell product were often out of stock at my local store. I like the clean smell and often use it in a spray bottle diluted with water to deodorize the carpet due to cat spraying. Will purchase again, since price on line is less.

We're fighting a battle against a feline territory war. At least to human noses, this seems to do the best job at eliminating the scent and cleaning the carpet. We've tried the Bissell Oxy and Antibacterial formulas, and they're good, but I like this better for cat-urine-stained carpet. We use it in a Bissell machine. It's foamier, which can cause the dirty-tank float to read "full" a little earlier. I'm willing to tolerate that for what seems to be better cleaning. The smell is artificial but pleasant. Kind of minty, reminds me of licking envelope adhesive.

I have ordered this a few times before and love its stain fighting capabilities, however this time I ordered it and by the time I opened it all of the product had leaked out of a crack in the bottom of the bottle

Excellent solution. I probably would have bought a smaller container. This larger one will now last me forever. I used this with the store rental machine and the results were professional and possibly a notch more than what I would have experienced with a quick professional clean? No stink/Scent doesn't linger. Cleans and refreshes without harming upholstery. Very pleasantly surprised in regards to the scent not being overpowering. Would recommend this to others.

The best carpet cleaner I've used for large urine strains. THE BEST. My dog hasn't marked since I washed the floors as well. I tried the "pet enzyme" cleaner from Hoover and it left a greasy residue and didn't tackle stains well. This leaves your carpet fluffy and new looking. No residue. I'll never go back!
