This Born Pretty French Tip Stamper set deserves an award, a trophy, and maybe even its own national holiday. I have spent YEARS trying to freehand French tips like a calm, collected adult… and failing miserably. Then THIS set walked into my life like, “Don’t worry baby, I got you.” First Impressions It comes with multiple stamp shapes so you can do every French tip style imaginable: • Deep French • Shallow French • That classy ‘90s French • That modern almond slay • That “I’m on Pinterest too much” perfect curve I opened the box and immediately felt like a professional even though I was sitting on my couch in pajamas. Using It I dipped the stamper in white polish, pressed it onto my nail, and nearly SCREAMED because: THE LINE WAS PERFECT. Perfect curve. Perfect smile line. Perfect “I know what I’m doing” energy. No shaky hands. No wonky tips. No rage-removal of the whole set. Why It Slays So Hard • Even works on long nails (praise be) • Does deep French tips without you needing surgeon hands • Works with gel, regular polish, everything • Suddenly makes you look like a nail tech who charges $75 per set • Makes every nail shape look immaculate Pros • Easy to use • Multiple shapes for different tip styles • Beginner-proof • Saves HOURS of struggling • Gives clean, crisp, satisfying French tips Cons • You will redo your nails just to play with it • Suddenly every friend wants you to “just do a quick set” • You’ll judge every crooked French tip you see now Final Verdict If you want French tips that look like they were done by a steady-handed angel instead of someone battling caffeine jitters — BUY THIS. It turned me from “I tried my best” to “Wow, who did your nails?” real quick.

Do not buy! This does NOT in any way show up on your nail like the pic even with several coats applied. The “pink color” doesn’t even resemble a color pink so I didn’t bother to move onto the white part of French manicure. It’s shows as glittery sort of ivory?? Weird. Very disappointing. What I’m confused about is: NO way others are making this work. The reviews cannot be for this product or bc of price many of us aren’t doing returns bc it isn’t worth it? So this seller shows as popular nail kit. Argh I ordered another kit just in case bc of this so I’m moving on. I do NOT recommend Was going to include pic but nails look so gross I can’t even. Also product is sticky and runs all over your nail bed.

The packaging for these must have improved over the years as mine arrived in their own fancy designed box with printed branding and an interior with a large single piece of fitted foam cut to accommodate the bottle shapes perfectly. So, obviously everything arrived intact with no spills or anything, and no duplicate or missing colors. The box folds closed and is nice to look at so it's excellent long term storage for them as well. I had no issue stamping with any of these. The consistency was even across each bottle with the exception of my metallic silver which was a little thick but it still worked and I can always thin it anyway. The bottles are very small but I only intend to use them for stamping, not for bases, so I can see them lasting me a while. With regards to opacity, I assume all of these show up well on top of white but I never stamp on white so I'm only concerned with how they look over medium to dark polishes. Out of all of them, I found the yellow the least opaque over non-white to the point of useless, with the three reds (cream, metallic, and burgundy) sort of iffy but it could just be my old eyes. 4 out of 24 isn't too bad at all. When I ordered these, I had the least interest in the metallics but after swatching them, I ended up liking them the most. The pastel pink, blue, and yellow-green creams were also surprising. My only warning is just know that you're getting the colors in the last picture on the slideshow carousel. The first image for some reason shows an awful lot of pastels you're not getting.

Polishes themselves are beautiful and perfect French tip colors. The color lasts a long time and are basic Frenchie colors. However, the stamper is so difficult to use. The white goes allover the skin on either side as well as under the nails. It’s a great idea, however damn near impossible to make it a decent nail. You would be better off to draw on the tip outline with a skinny brush and then fill in, than use the stamper.

What many people do not realize is that not all stamping tools are alike. If you are a novice, you don't yet know that there are various stamping polish, stamper, and plate types. They do not all work the same and they do not all work together. In these reviews, you may notice people say the stamping polish didn't work. But you should not take that to be an absolute. Seasoned nail stampers will know that not all of these tools work together. And not all brands have consistent polish. Case in point is my purchase of this Born Pretty multipack. Some of the colors are more sheer and not the best for stamping. Others work great for stamping. Note: this is not a light or dark color issue. I had varied success stamping both light and dark colors. You will just have to test the colors out on your own. I recommend taking a swipe of white and black polish on the bottle and applying a stamp of that color on top. That way you can see how the colors show up before you use them on your nails. You may find that some of the colors do not work with a certain stamper or nail plate. The image doesn't stick at all or the image doesn't pick up completely on the stamper. This does not mean the polish is garbage. Many of the polish formulas (sheer, metallic, opaque, glitter) have different consistencies and work better with different tools, as I stated above. Try different stampers - there are marshmallow gummy ones and harder, smoother plastic ones. One stamper is bound to work with each formula, but they are not universal, so you need to be prepared for some trial and error. Likewise, there are different qualities of stamping players. The details may be fine or less so. Deep or shallow. That will also affect how your polish is picked up and whether it works with the polish. Some of the polishes are more universally usable with all plates and stampers. I find the white and silver polishes to work well with more stampers and more plates. When all else fails, the polishes that aren't great for stamping, still look nice as a regular polish, so all is not lost. I removed a star from my review because this is a stamping polish set, so in my mind, all polishes should work for stamping. That being said, it is still a good value knowing there is a mix of polish usable for stamping and others that can really only be used for standard nail coloring.

Beautiful shine. Cures great. Doesn’t chip. Easy to remove when you soak them off. Will damage your nails like any other gel if you just rip it off. Beautiful nude/pink.

I really wanted to like this set — 24 colors, great value, looked promising. But wow, this stuff dries faster than you can say “where’s my stamper?” If you don’t move at lightning speed, the polish is already dry and refuses to transfer. I’ve used plenty of stamping polishes before, but this one takes the (rock-hard, unworkable) cake. To be fair, if you’re into inverted stamping or making nail stickers, it can work great for that— as long as you’re basically The Flash. But for traditional stamping? Nope, and definitely not for beginners. Some of the polishes are easier to work with than others, and with enough patience (and maybe a small prayer), you can get decent, and even great results. It definitely takes practice to get the timing right — blink too slow, and it’s over. Let’s talk about the gold and silver: absolute disappointments. They’re thin, patchy, and will not transfer into the stamper. However, they are beautiful if you hand-paint with them. The other metallics are pretty and not quite as thin, so I managed to make them work — though again, only if you move at warp speed. After looking at other reviews and photos, I’m not even convinced everyone’s reviewing the same product — which probably explains why the ratings are so high. The set I got? Not so great. Maybe I just got a dud, but still disappointing. And the kicker? You can’t return it. So if you decide to take your chances, just know you’re committing for life — or at least until it dries solid on your stamping plate.

Good value for money lovely colours

This was my first time stamping and these polishes made it very easy. The bottles are smaller than expected, but they are very pigmented and quick drying. You get a good variety of shades in primarily a cream finish and a few beautiful metallics. This is a great set!

A fantastic set!! If you are just getting into to stamping and need some polish but don't want to spend a ton of money, this is the perfect set. It's got a good variety of colours, all the ones pictured is what I received. The colours are very close to the picture, except the light pink seems just a touch darker than the picture, it's still very nice though. They are the standard size nail polish bottles and full. The colours are well pigmented and give full opacity in a crisp clean image. The package arrived early and although it was packaged well, I had some minor leakage from two bottles. Each bottle is in a small sealed baggie so there was no mess other than what was on the bottle, which was minimal. It was easily cleaned up and didn't affect the amount of polish in the bottle. I wasn't to sure about this purchase when I made it but I'm glad I did, it's well worth the money and I'd recommend this set and buy them again.

All of the polishes arrived on time and all was there. Although the polish lasts long you have to put on many coats for full coverage.
