Best piccalilli after a very long search...
A dozen years ago my partner and I vacationed in Amsterdam. We kept going to a restaurant that served super piccalilli. It was home made right in the restaurant, and the chef gave me the ingredients (but not the actual recipe). I've found a lot of close recipes, but not the real thing. Until now - Haywards is the duplicate of my Amsterdam treat! It's expensive and I eat it every dinner - I'm gonna go broke, but happy.
