Great straps. We use them on our patio trellis with a backyard swing set that we bought. They are nice and long which allowed us greater flexibility on how to hang the swing. The straps look really, really well built, and the carabiners seem very solid. We have no doubt that these are secure. One of the issues with straps of this nature is that it's hard to customize the exact height to hang something because you are dependent on the thickness of the post/branch that you're hanging this on (e.g. if the circumference of the branch is 1 ft, then effectively, you can only adjust this in 1ft increments) give or take. However, like I said, that's an issue with all straps and ropes generally. There are ways that they could design around this, but it would likely increase the cost of the straps. I thought about downgrading the review to 4 stars on account of price (it really could be a little cheaper), but I think it's a solid enough product that it's ok that it is a little expensive.

This is our second straps. Our first with this brand. I can already tell this are much stronger than the other brand we had.

These sturdy swing straps were exactly what I needed. I had them installed and the swing attached in under 15 minutes. They are also easy to uninstall if you want to take them in for the winter.

Actually got these straps to support a staghorn fern hanging from a tree in the back yard. It's a monster that's more than 20 years old, and began to pull loose of the wire basket to which it was originally attached.I needed both of these straps linked together with the included carabiner to fit around the giant plant and keep it hanging at the desired height, but they worked. They are clearly extremely strong, and I found no obvious manufacturing defects.The packaging and overall finish suggest great quality, and the drawstring bag to keep them together is a much-appreciated feature.Four swinging-from-the-treetops stars.

Bought the Tree swing straps to use for a 40" Webbed Nest Swing in a 60 Foot Oak tree. The quality of the product is sturdy enough to hold 2 people weighing 350 lbs so far (2 adults). As a parent, safety is a big concern which is why I wanted a good quality strap that I could trust with a good carabiner. This fits the bill. So far, no rub damage, fraying, or other signs of any wear. If you are using this product, I would recommend the same. For safety reasons, we cleared the tree of loose branches and used the swing on a 9"+ diameter branch close to the trunk (at least 100 year old tree). Easy to use, but you may have to wrap the straps to get the right length. I put both up to see what people liked (one time up on the ladder) before taking the second unused one down. Used a pole hook to remove it. Definitely recommend.

I wish I had found these sooner. I used two sets to hang swings from a tree for the grandkids. Very convenient and easy to install. Very strong and accommodates most swings easily. I trust the kids to swing safely with these straps. Ideal for more uses. also. Best purchase this year.

Once hung in tree it was sturdy and strong. Kids swung all summer. I attached one of those round disc swings to two straps tied together for the length.It eventually gave out when the sawed off nub that was holding it in place on the main trunk broke off. Nobody got hurt as it still had enough friction on the strap and trunk to let it drop just a few inches before stopping. Now I just need a man to adjust the height on the ladder LOLGreat purchase. Highly recommend!
