Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic-Coated 12-Cup Muffin Pan

Amazing! We’ve made muffins and egg bites so far and was so happy to find that they didn’t stick! After letting them cool, I was able to flip the pan and the baked good tumbled out without sticking. Good cooker evenly and the pan is heavy duty. Very pleased with this purchase!

Excellent as always! Love this company. The pans and nonstickness of the ceramic coating lasts forever. I use them weekly for egg bites and they are still in great condition.

My first muffin pan. No oil, butter, flour, or spray prep needed. Muffins drop out easily. Cleanup in soapy water easy too. I have been happy with my Le Creuset pots for many years so I made ceramic my first choice. And it didn't disappoint. Worth the price.

Blueberry muffins did not stick to the pan. All the sticky cooked-on blueberries released easily.

So far I like these muffin tins. I got so sick of greasing the heck out of my aluminum ones and then prying out whatever I baked in them, but I don't like Teflon-based nonstick. My first time baking with these Caraway ones the muffins practically popped out on their own they released so easy and it wasn't terrible to clean them by hand, although I would always prefer using the dishwasher. They are quite heavy but have good, wide handle areas. The green finish is a forest green rather than a sage or minty/aqua green. My two gripes are that the color was not as expected (I really wish they would show better photos--and names--of the colors!), and that they were waaay overpackaged. I mean, I just paid 50 bucks a pop for these pans, so I want them well protected, but 7 boxes for two pans is just nonsense. I guess I can appreciate that they were recyclable cardboard rather than more plastic waste, and I would honestly buy them again (in a different color) and recommend them to others.

I am thoroughly impressed by the performance of the non-stick coating. My only hope is that being made in China, Caraway keep a watchful eye on the manufacture.
