I’ve been 3D printing for years, and Stronghero3D’s PLA filament truly stands out as one of the best I’ve used. From the moment I opened the spool, I could tell it was well-made — neatly wound, no tangles, and vacuum-sealed perfectly to keep out moisture. The print quality is phenomenal. Layer adhesion is consistent, extrusion is buttery smooth, and I didn’t experience a single clog or jam during long prints. The diameter tolerance is tight and accurate, which really helps maintain even flow and dimensional precision in every print. What really impressed me was the color — it’s deep, vibrant, and has a subtle sheen that makes every model look professionally finished right off the printer. It’s ideal for both functional parts and artistic pieces. The filament also has a great balance of strength and flexibility, with no brittleness even after multiple spools. It adheres beautifully to the bed with standard PLA settings (200°C nozzle, 60°C bed) and releases cleanly once cooled. Minimal stringing, zero warping, and excellent detail resolution even on fine features. In short, Stronghero3D nailed it — reliable, high-quality filament that performs as well as brands twice the price. I’ll definitely be buying more colors from them!

great color

This is some of the worse filament I have ever gotten. I have a problem with my printer every time i use this. It breaks off in the channels and will not extract. It gums up the nozzle. Lots of problems. Once printed, the items are very brittle. Stay away from this manufacture. I threw the rest of the roll out in the trash.

Prints have been thrown around and are still sturdy as ever. Love the fade I got off this filament and the style. Did have to fidget with the settings on my print but when it starts to makes a solid piece.

This may be one that doesn’t get used much, because I bought it without looking at reviews or the description carefully. I thought I was buying combined colors rather than alternating colors. Completely my fault, the documentation is clear enough. My mistake is NOT the reason for the four star review; that was earned by stringy printing. If I use it again I’ll try some of the temperature tweaks suggested in the AI summary review. Also, I didn’t notice this has imbedded sparkle, a feature that isn’t really that noticeable in a finished print, but increases the chance of clogging.

One of the coolest and more striking multicolor filaments. Lots of glitter, but isnt brittle like others with this can be. The colors are truly amazing, and smear into each other unpredictable so it looks much more natural. Very well complimented set of colors, but requires alot of verticality to get a wide spectrum. It does alot to hide surface artifacts from printing.

Prints awesome

My experience with Stronghero3D PLA Galaxy Red,Black,Silk Purple, was great and price was reasonable. I used the Orca Slicer 1.9's calibration tools and dialed it in perfectly on my Ender 3 S1 Pro w- Klipper. Colors vary a bit from the picture...wish my roll had a bit more balance black and purple....but prints look great. My first trial with this brand was with the Poison Dragon. I will buy more and try their other colors

Das Filament sieht sicherlich super aus aber wenn es an's Drucken geht, dann fangen die Probleme an. Ich habe mit 3 verschiedenen Druckern ( Bambulab X!, Lotmax und Sovol ) versucht ein größeres Teil zu drucken. in allen 3 Druckern wurde das Filament im Extruder so deformiert, das man es ohne den gesammten Druckkopf auseinander zu nehmen, nicht mehr herausbekam. Das geschah immer so in den ersten 10 - 20 Minuten des Druckens. Mit anderen Filamenten kann ich das Bauteil mit den selben Einstellungen einwandfrei drucken. Schade - ging deshalb zurück.

The color change is good even tho I haven't gotten to the purple part. I see I would be able to enjoy better with bigger prints! Here are my settings in cura: Nozzle temp: 205°C Bed/build plate temp: 61°C Layer Height: 0.2mm Support: No Prind speed: 40mm/s Infill: 20% Triangles Adhesion: Brim (your mileage may vary)
