...Fantastic
Let me start off by saying I have had high blood pressure since I was in my early 30s, and have been taking a prescription med for over 25 years. In all fairness I have to admit that I have never suffered any side effects from my prescription medicine. I have always felt good with it and it has worked well most of the time in the past. I decided over a year ago to try and take a natural route to my BP for I was getting sick and tired of being at the mercy of both my doctor and the insurance company that were both getting too greedy and difficult to deal with. Unfortunately many of the natural supplements I tried that can be found on Amazon did not work. They may have helped in some cases maintain what pressure I had while on medication in some instances, but eliminating my prescription med was totally not an option. Then I found this Carditone. I decided to try it because of the glowing reviews it has gathered here. And now that I have been on it for over a month I can truthfully say that all the positive reviews were right. This stuff not only has worked fabulously for me, but for the first time in almost three decades I am off a prescription drug for my BP. I must confess that I wasn't too smart in my beginning a regimen with this. I just one day stopped taking my prescription meds and started using the Carditone. Dumb move, and dangerous as well. It's very obvious by the other reviews here that this takes time to build up and work in your system and I should have heeded that warning closer. I could tell that my BP had jumped the first couple of days for my pulse was fast, and I started to get headaches after the second day. I didn't even bother to take a reading, I just decided to cut my prescription med in half and add it to the regimen, and hopefully ween myself off of it over the two weeks that the Carditone takes to really start working. I did take a reading a couple of days after starting the split regimen and it was 158/95. Not the worst, but not good either. But then I decided to just forgo any more readings until I had been on the Carditone for a full two weeks. When I finally did take it, I was shocked, most pleasantly. It read 130/68. Twice I took it and twice it was in the 130/70 range. Simply amazing. I took it again a couple of times over the next few days and every time it was in that same range, and with a pulse rate of 66-72. After another week I finally dropped the prescription med and have now been on the Carditone alone for almost two months. I take my BP about 2 or 3 times a week and it is always in the 130/75 range. (My pulse rate has increased some since dropping the prescription meds, but the BP pressure has remained constant). I feel no side effects whatsoever and I am exercising and feeling better than I have in years. I can't tell you what it feels like to be free of the yolk of doctors and insurance companies after so many years of catering to their orders and making them rich. I have been taking the recommended dose of one tablet morning and evening and it has worked perfectly for me. I don't know where this stuff was a year ago when I was trying so many other supplements, but all I can is thank God I found it now. It's the best thing that has happened to my health is a very long time... In conclusion, my experience with this Ayush Carditone is a true success story. It couldn't come out any better. And I recommend it highly for anyone who's BP is a little high that is presently on no meds as a very effective natural remedy. However I must warn you that if you are thinking of trying this and are taking a prescription med as I was, that you not be as stupid as me and either take your full dose along with this the first week or so, or cut down the dose and split the difference as I did. Do not just go cold turkey, for this Carditone does indeed take a couple of weeks to build up and become effective in your system. Remember that patience is a virtue, practice at the beginning with this and enjoy being free of prescription drugs for your BP, maybe forever...Highly recommended...

May keep me from ever having to go on BP meds!
While I've had some minor side effects I can live with (most meds do, whether natural or not), I believe Carditone as well as a natural water pill I take, will keep me from having to go on BP meds from the doctor for the foreseeable future. I'm 29, and for several years I've had a near-constant mild tension-like headache, a rushing heartbeat, and feeling overly hot and a bit swollen, while being nowhere near menopause age. Turns out, this was a high blood pressure headache. For several weeks (probably should have taken Cardi a few more months before making a review) I've been on Carditone once a day every other day, and a natural water pill (click my profile, I reviewed the water pill) diuretic... my BP went from an average of 135/86 to around 122/76. I am so, so happy! While my pressure wasn't extremely high, for me personally it must have been too much since I was battling constant headaches, I even started to wonder if I had a brain tumor. Well, I'm thrilled to say I'm no longer having ANY headaches!! My rushing heartbeat has decreased, and I notice I'm colder and my hands sweat less (maybe that's the water pill). Now, I want to get into my dosage... I may keep tweaking it, but currently, I'm in the "less is more" camp and I've only been taking 1 Cardi pill every other day, and 1 water pill every other day. I normally don't take both on the same day. I see some people saying they were having bad effects such as feeling faint and too low BP, and I wonder if they were taking too much, or should only take 1X/day versus twice daily. I am a 135 lb 5'2 woman, so for me, just 1 pill is very effective, remember everyone is different, maybe *you* personally would need more or less. Remember, you can even cut these pills in half. Maybe I will experiment with taking 1/2 in the morning and the other half at night. Due to my only taking like 3-4 pills each week, I haven't felt faint or anything too strong. However, in the immediate hours after taking 1 pill, I do feel a bit more spacey, laid back and chill attitude, lower energy, and a bit of a stuffy nose. Now I also battle with depression and anxiety, so honestly, the extra laid back attitude is a welcome change for me. My husband has commented to me that I've been extra pleasant to be around lately lol. This side effect could have to do with one of the herbs, look up each one of the herbs and read so you know what to expect, one of the herbs does have a documented side effect of feeling spacey. Perhaps when people are taking large doses, that could be what is making people feel faint and weak. I'm happy with my lowered heart rate as well. Also, taking a B complex supplement can help with lowered energy. It's helped me, and while I still feel very calm, I absolutely do not feel faint or unable to exercise/work etc. As of now, I'm continuing with my every other day regimen of this Carditone plus the water pill, not taken on the same day.

Awesomely effective!!!!!
Awesome product with no side effects for me! A few months ago, my primary care physician mysteriously diagnosed me with very high blood pressure. I state mysteriously due to my great physical health, athleticism, and clean eating and living habits. I'm a highly trained and experienced martial artist with black belts in four disciplines and over 43 years of experience. Nevertheless, I was undergoing comprehensive physical exams (due to my age) for cage fights. My passion and desire to fight prompted me to give in to agreement of being prescribed Norvasc and one refill. I was so skeptical about the blood pressure reading and medication due to the fact i never experienced any heart palpitations or dizziness. Anyway, I ended up taking the BP meds and experienced serious sluggishness the first 3-4 days. It was awful because I'm "high speed low drag" most of the time. I would report bi-weekly as instructed by my physician. The BP meds were bringing the blood pressure down approximately 7-8 numbers on systolic and about 2-4 numbers on the diastolic. ie., upper 150's over upper 80's to upper 140's to upper- low 80's. This was very frustrating, needless to say. One of the nurses stated that I was probably experiencing "white coat" syndrome. This is normal for most people due to the anticipation and or anxiety of being in the doctor's office. After refill was completed, I refused to take any more BP meds. I started conducting research and found and ordered Carditone. I started taking carditone and the numbers decreased significantly over the course of 1 month. I recently, discovered the health benefits of ground cayenne pepper, a potassium gluconate supplement, and garlic tablet supplement. I reduced the Carditone dosage from 2x/day to 1x/day and I've had amazing results. God is great! Herbs are the way to go. My readings have ranged from Systolic (112-127) over Diastolic (61-80). I recommend Carditone to anyone who is truly interested in lowering their blood pressure safely without the dangerous pharmaceuticals and the side effects they produce. I am so happy to have the courage to make the decisions I did. Too many people are bluffed into fearfully taking these drugs the rest of their lives..........eventually creating more damage leading to death. I suspect that the BP machine was adjusted to a high sensitivity level, as well. I, my aunt, and place of employment nurses always received good readings during the initial stages of what I considered a nightmare!!!

Powerful Stuff. Maybe Consider Ramping Up From A Low Dosage
For me it seems to reduce the Systolic reading by around 20. This last time I took a full pill at 2:15pm on a Tuesday and didn't feel normal again until noon on Thursday. I was in a super-chill, slowed down zimbie-like mode untill it wore off.on Thursday. Next time I will use a pill splitter and take half. It did also as a side effect removed almost all anxiety but I just laid in bed and wanted to sleep. I'm gonna keep looking for ways to get my BP lower but will use this when needed.

It works quickly and no side effects!
I am a holistic nutritionist and do not take any medication. My normal BP has always been high, even when I was young, but I refuse to take drugs. I started taking this a few weeks ago, and I am in the normal range and even lower. I have been checking it daily. I am blown away. I have been in the 150's-160's forever and this morning it was 119! I don't feel any different physically, but knowing I am putting less stress on my heart has been such a relief.

This herbal blend will reduce blood pressure without pharmaceuticals. I couldn't take them. I went from 160/90s to 106/77. They worked so well i now have to take my BP before I take the herbs.

Almost magic!--then hair loss started-then sinus issues.
I was skeptical, but my acupuncturist recommended this product, along with Seven Flowers herbal pills. I began acupuncture two weeks ago as a means to get my very high BP down to normal levels. I've tried every remedy known to avoid the evil western medical pharmaceuticals. I added Carditone and Seven flowers to my normal routine of CoQ10, beet root, pomegranate syrup, garlic and magnesium. These alone were unable to bring down my high ((160/100) BP, (which I believe was brought on by thyroid disease.) The first night I added these in, I felt like I was on SPEED. I couldn't sleep a wink...and this was the only thing I added into the mix. But---going on the rave reviews here, I kept taking them--- Took the BP that next day and miracle of miracles....127/70. The next day....120/68..... Same evening...116/60! WOH! And guess what? The next night? And every night since??? Slept like a baby! I will do just about anything to not go on yet another medication for life....dealing with the thyroid meds and all their ups and downs is enough...Don't want to lose my hair again to nasty big pharma side effects, put on massive weight, or screw up my potassium levels... So far the only side effect after that first sleepless night I've noticed, and one that that many have mentioned..is a bit of nasal congestion. It's tolerable. It's been about a week, so it may be way too early to tell if this is a temporary thing, as some reviewers have stated it stopped working for them after a while---or if this is the real deal. SO hoping for the latter. So far, since starting this last Tuesday, now over a week, I have not had a BP reading higher than 130/78, and this after marching about the yard putting in drip irrigation for several very sweltering hours. Why use chemicals when 1,000+ years of medical herbal research and use works! If it changes, I'll update! UPDATE: So a couple weeks in, and the BP is rising. Not sure if it's due to not taking the rest of my vitamin regimen, as well as the Seven Flowers that I'd been taking, or if it's just not working any longer. Will monitor and report back. Update: 1/17/15 I was taking two pills a day, and the BP was doing well. Then in December, I saw my hairline start to thin out again, like it had when I was first diagnosed as Hypo. I have no proof that Carditone is the culprit, but I lost SO much hair from early thyroid issues, I can't risk it. It seems plausible as so many BP prescription meds cause hair loss as a side effect, and it is a prime reason I want to avoid them at all costs. I'm currently looking into Dr. Ben Lynch's information on methylation and thyroid and yes, high blood pressure. Started taking folate and b12 and immediately started feeling gleeful. It's supposed to help lower BP along with a host of other things. It's interesting stuff...but while it has made me feel elated and has given me a ton of energy, it's too soon to tell if it'll help the BP or the thyroid will work better as a result. I'm now only taking ONE pill every other day of carditone and hoping it won't crank up the BP as a result....it's been on and off up and down for a couple months. I also added in a hardcore Biotin pill to the mix, and am hopeful it'll switch off the hair loss on top. With thyroid it feels like two steps ahead, ten behind all the time. Frustrating. Update: 4/1/21 I took this again, foolishly, and while it did work, it lowers BP measurably, and quickly, this time around it gave me such sinus issues. It was as if my entire nasal passage closed up completely. I wish the company would post all these side effects. I wish I could take this! But after waiting a couple more years and hoping and trying again: Nope. I just can't.
