If your 2016 Chief has the 111 Thunderstroke, then yes. 5.5 quarts, 2 crush washers and make sure u watch the YouTube video on changing ur oil on the 111, there is a special process, don't over-tork crush washers either.

I use the adjustable, rubber belt type filter. They have two sizes, you want the small. It works just fine.
