so cheap so good
So good quality for such low price. I mean... Amazing.

Crazy sharp for crazy cheap
I started working at a Chinese restaurant where they have half a dozen cleavers that could probably split a human hair. I wanted to experience the thrill of accidentally slicing my hand open in the comfort of my own kitchen so I went looking for something similar. The biggest difference is the weight. The knives at work are very light for their size and this thing feels like a hatchet. Not a bad thing as I’m sure it helps with things like crushing bones. I was able to cut see through tomato and grape slices. It smoothly slides through printer paper. It comes in a great padded storage box with a magnetic flap to keep it closed. In fact I came back on here and bought a pair of level 9 stainless steel threaded anti cut gloves, which cost more than this knife.

I used it today for the first time to thinly shave this piece of beef and it was partially frozen and it cut threw it like butter, it looks expensive and it has a good weight to it and it came Sharp. The reason I'm giving 4 stars as I only used it once and I will update soon as I used it for work and see how it perform and how it will hold up.
