I just received this today so keep that in mind. However, I really like it. I needed this because my partners Bialetti crapped out on me and became stuck closed so I can’t put grounds in it. Maybe it’s just me being weak, we’ll see if he can open it when he comes home from a work trip but I even used a hammer trying to get it to budge and it will not. So I ordered myself a smaller one to use. I like that this is Stainless Steel. Wouldn’t have thought the Bialetti to be aluminum but apparently it is and I prefer to stay away from aluminum if I can help it. I did read the reviews for this before I bought it. One guy who gives it less than 5 stars does have a couple valid points but I can get over them. One of them is the groove along the bottom of the liquid coffee chamber. It does seem like that will be hard to clean but this is just for coffee and I tend to rinse out the container after every use. We’ll see how it goes. The other somewhat valid point he has is that there is no silicone covering any part that you might need to touch such as the handle or the top piece to lift the lid. I don’t find using a towel to grab any of those pieces as a huge inconvenience so I’m okay with it. So far though it has not been an issue. When I used it this morning the coffee brewed very fast, between 3-5 minutes and those two pieces were actually not too hot. The actual lid to the top chamber was hot but I could still grab the middle knob. The guy also complained about the rivets for screwing on the top chamber, I had no problem with that. It was way easier to screw on compared to the Bialetti. All in all, this is a great coffee maker, works very well, good value for being stainless steel. Perfect size for me. I think it will last a long time too. Oh, I also saw people complain about rust. Stainless steel is rust resistant, not rust proof. I think this will continue to be a very nice piece if I just let it dry out completely and not keep liquids in it for extended amounts of time.

Perfect capacity and design. The previous moka pot I purchased got too hot and the silicone knob in the lid melted off. This one is perfect since it’s all stainless steel. It’s made well and is great quality. Highly recommend!

Wonderful moka pot! I wanted to wait and use this product for a good while before writing my review. This being stainless steel makes it more amazing for health and multi purpose. I used it on the stove at home nearly daily for the past 2 years and taking it camping so I can put it directly on the fire. The 17 oz makes about 2 regular cups of coffee so perfect large size and I add lots of fine coffee grounds because I like strong coffee! Super easy to use with all parts included lid work great. Takes about 10-15 minutes to brew on medium heat and makes gurgling sounds when coffee lifts to the top which I enjoy listening to! Cleans well with a little soap but only the outside. I never wash the inside of the coffee chamber because that will ruin the flavor. 2 years and no issues. The moka is durable and will likely last a long time!

This is a great setup, and easy to clean, and the coffee tastes great in this. Very easy to use, and I couldn't be happier. A great investment in a beautiful morning.

I recently purchased the Easyworkz Diego Stovetop Espresso Maker, and unfortunately, my experience with it has been far from positive. While I had high hopes for this espresso maker, a few major design flaws have left me frustrated. First, the threads on the base are extremely difficult to screw into the top. Every time I try to assemble the pot, the threading feels stiff and rough, making it a struggle to get a secure seal. This not only wastes time but also raises concerns about long-term durability as the threads seem like they might wear out or become damaged over time. Secondly, the lid has a metal knob that becomes painfully hot during brewing. This is an absolute design flaw. If you want to check on your brew mid-process (which you often need to do to prevent over-brewing), you're risking burning yourself. The knob gets so hot that I had to use a towel or pot holder to lift the lid, which is just inconvenient and dangerous. Lastly, the bottom of the pot features a large lip that traps coffee grounds, making it incredibly difficult to clean. No matter how thoroughly I try to scrub, coffee residue always seems to get stuck in this lip, leading to a grimy buildup and making the overall cleaning process a real hassle. It’s clear that cleaning was not a priority in the design. All in all, I cannot recommend the Easyworkz Diego Stovetop Espresso Maker. The poor threading, dangerously hot lid, and difficult cleaning process make it more trouble than it’s worth. I will be returning it and looking for a better-designed espresso maker. If you want something to look good on the counter, this is it; if you want to brew coffee, look elsewhere.

Works well and is easy to clean. The outside of the water receptacle stains the moment you put it on the burner though, and it’s impossible to get the brown stain off. Makes good coffee and doesn’t leak or splatter. Had it for several months now and happy with it.

My husband has been wanting a little more caffeine in the mornings. Stronger coffee seemed to be the answer. He was looking at different machines. I decided to buy him this espresso maker as part of his Christmas gifts. It had great reviews. Price was decent. Arrived in its own packaging, which I didn't like. My husband found it on the porch so he already knew he was getting it. I was disappointed by that. Anyway, it's easy to use. Before regular use you brew coffee 3 times to "clean" it. No need for soap to wash. You can rinse it of course. Simple to take apart and put back together. I bought the 10oz option in black. Good size for us. I bought Death Wish Coffee whole espresso beans to use. We already have a grinder. Easy process. Easy to follow instructions. Takes maybe 5 minutes to brew. Coffee is strong and very good. It's small and doesn't take up space like a whole machine would. We haven't had any issues with it. My husband is very happy with it. We've created a whole coffee bar now and this was a great addition.

This coffee maker is a little more expensive than some of the others but the quality of the stainless steel is well worth it. The Italians call coffee made in this type of maker "moka". This style of coffee is produces better tasting coffee than "Americano" drip coffee because its design extracts more of the coffee flavor and less of the bitterness. Of course, you must use good coffee beans. Many of the coffee beans for sale in the US are "dark roast" and are basically "over cooked" and the coffee bean oil is roasted out of the bean before it is placed in the grinder. This is not the case in Italy. Italian coffee is not bitter and I recommend getting light or medium roast beans from Italy which are available at Costco or Sprouts. Secondly, this moka coffee maker is fantastic for use on an induction plate. The stainless steel base is very thick and is made with highly magnetic stainless steel material. Other moka coffee makers will say "induction" but really they are not because they don't have a high quality magnetic stainless steel base like this one. Another thing that sets this product apart from the other is that the craftsmanship of the pot. The threads which connect the base to the pot are well finishing and NOT sharp to the touch. Many cheaper pots are only machined finished and leave a sharp edge on the threads, so when cleaning the inside of the water chamber, you can cut your hand. This moka maker is well finished with no sharp metal edges. This is a high quality product, well made and well designed.
