Hi. Amazon forbids us from uploading videos but you can search for guzhengs set up on the tube...

my Guzheng arrived a week ago and one of the pins came out. Now it won’t hold the string - it is unwinding. It is only a week old- how can we fix this

For cellos and violins I use rosin thickly on pin. Also there is a special liquid glue I use on my piano pegs

Is the guide in english or have an english section?

No the guide is in Chinese but you can get the basic instructions including tuning, set-up and how to play on line. Google "how to play Guzheng"

I need the chart that shows the bridge distance measurements for D tuning. How can I get a copy?

Yes, I understand. I am just learned this instrument. I ordered a special book with CDs from Amazon, but have not had a chance to look at all of it. Interesting it is in Key of D. Also check google. Good luck...I can't wait to feel positive on this beautiful instrument.
