As a PCOS girly losing weight has been frustrating because although I eat well 90% of the time and get between 8-10k steps in each day I couldn't seem to get lower than 14st9lbs and stayed like this for 2 weeks! I have PCOS but with pretty consistent periods. Using this disrupted my cycle unfortunately. It delayed my period unusually but once I stopped I had my period. I think everyone reacts to it differently.
