The book was definitely an introduction into healthcare management. I would reccommend this to anyone who wants to learn the basics. It was worth the money, not too expensive. The book came to me in excellent condition and I was able to sell it back as well.

Paid $9.00 for a used copy. I need it school. Looks new. The cover was bent a little. But no highlights or markings. Not a big deal at all. BUY USED BOOKS whenever you can! I am so glad I saved money with this purchase.

A must read book for someone interested to learn about quality improvement in healthcare.

I needed this book in a rush and wanted it in good shape. I got everything I wanted! The book is in great condition and I received it quickly without having to pay an arm and a leg for shipping.

This is a required text; not for pleasure reading, but it seems pretty readable and has good information. I can comment better after taking the class.

Book is easy to understand, Vocabulary in in 2 locations in the chapters as well as located in the glossary.
