I would say a 3x because I’m in that range and it has different range in it first time trying to get on a long it will snug then after that it was perfect and it can adjust in size

Not sure on that type of clincher, but this one helps produce sweat, and tone, weight loss in your stomach while working out, cleaning etc. I have one that is a waist trainer, for under regular clothes, doesn't produce sweat, it trains your waist to be tight and small.
