Spring improvement
The quality, intensity is great and has pretty good build exelent for long term use but the spring of it sometimes becomes pretty lose even if it doesn't disturb the weight resistance or adjustment it needs improvement

POOR QUALITY
It works, but is absolutely inferior to a very cheaper version. I picked up at a drugstore for eight bucks. It does work, but I am disappointed in the quality, the hinges are loose. I would not recommend this product.
