Used for my 12 Year Old
Not much resistance, even for a 12 year old. We first used this on a calm day to add some resistance during short sprints, it didn't add much. We then used it into the wind with about 5 mph breeze and it seemed to work pretty well. If you are a strong runner or are an adult, you may want to look at something with a larger chute, or the double chute.

Great, my boys have abused these. They hold up. It's a velcro strap which will fit any kid. I did a double wrap for all the 5 and 6 year olds. And the ten year olds it also fits great. Dont waste your money on ones from ProHockeylife. These are great
