How do you put it on? It’s like a puzzle.

Super easy. Fold the top part. Pretend you are putting your undies on. Then make sure the straps are not too tight. The loser the more flexibility for arms and also it ties to the back with a knot. So just undo both and fix accordingly afterwards. Super easy and comfortable.

What is the material? Poly? Spandex?

It’s not spandex at all. It’s soft, not itchy and flows well on the leg area n super comfortable!

What size is this swimming suit? I don't see it labeled in the details nor there is an option for me to choose?

That’s a good question. The size was an option when i bought it. I checked and I don’t see it as an option today. I ordered it a about a month ago.
