This filter was just as good as the one I had to replace. It fit just right and I had no problems opening it to get lint out, once it was opened the first time.

I ordered this as a replacement because ours had a crack in it and was becoming difficult to remove from our dryer. Great value and it functions perfectly. It is easy to use and collects the lint well.

We used the dryer model number to find the part number and then entered the PN into Amazon and found a fair price with a great delivery. It was an exact match and a perfect fit.

Nice packaging and fits well

The original lint filter that came in my LG Signature dryer started cracking along one side of the bottom plastic "hinge" within 3 weeks of purchasing my washer/dryer set in 2020. After a few months the plastic "hinges" were cracked all the way so the lint trap was held together only by the filter fabric. I purchased a replacement, LG brand again. Within a few weeks the same crack was starting. Contacted LG, since the machine was less than a year old and still under warranty, and was told a service technician would need to come out in order to replace the lint trap. By this time we were deep in Covid lockdowns and I wasn't keen on having someone come into my house just to replace a lint trap filter so I continued using the replacement I purchased. Fast forward to 2023, I had now purchased two replacements from LG and counting the original filter had 3 lint trap filters split in the same place. I came to Amazon looking for another replacement and found that the price of the LG brand filters had increased significantly. Then I came across this product. It looked like the same product but wasn't LG brand and wasn't as pricey. I figured it was worth a try. I was very surprised and impressed when the seller reached out before shipping to let me know that some customers had complained that the filter broke "quickly" and told me they had improved the product as well as packaging to prevent damage during shipping. They also stated that they stand behind the product 100% and would either replace the product or provide a refund if I wasn't satisfied. I was quite sure the product couldn't be worse than the expensive LG brand filters that always start to break after 2-3 weeks. I've been using this filter for over a month and there's no damage so far. In three years of using the LG brand filter traps, I haven't had one last this long. Extremely impressed with it! If LG cares about customer satisfaction they should try to buy these for their machines!!

Someone commented its better than the OEM and i agree. No issues at all with it. My old one was cracked and catching when it was inserted. this one does not do that and works great.
