First day I took suggested dose . It made me feel very weird and lethargic to the point I fell asleep watching a movie. I Woke up feeling very tired but noticed my body was so relaxed and absolutely no old lady aches and pain. SECOND DAY I used 1/4 recommended dose . I didn't feel weird but once again so relaxed that I vegged on the couch and fell asleep. I also fixed my boyfriend a cup( full strength) to see if it would help his hip and back pain( he is past due for cortisone shots) he was also grouchy and stressed about how he was going to work with this much pain the next day. It helped his pain and stress emensly.( he also fell asleep ) I fixed him a second cup right before bed and he got a great nites sleep. Same thing for him the next day. . SO I believe this product may be extremely helpfull if you have stress, anxiety, aches and pains, racing thoughts, tensness etc. But beware it may not be good to take it if you need to be productive and I sure would not drive after drinking it.

Mix in with my coffee and it’s like a mocha only healthier! It does have a slight mushroom taste but taken away by the use of creamer! I also drink it alone and it’s awesome as well

Tried a few other cheaper brands and keep coming back this one tastes the best and dissolves the best and I like the ingredients

This is nothing like hot chocolate, this is straight up just cocoa powder man. It says it has sugar in it but I’m hard pressed to believe that lol. I’m interested in how it holds up in a recipe cause it’s really rich and I don’t taste mushroom. It’s good cocoa powder it’s just NOT good hot chocolate so I’m not sure how to rate it.

This is not your typical cocoa. You can tell that this cocoa is good quality. It definitely gives me the energy in looking for. It taste good (not like your typical hot chocolate). I also like the benefits of the mushrooms

So I tried it twice and I was very excited about it. I enjoyed the taste quite a bit it's a very earthy light chocolatey taste but then it changes to why it's a one-star review. I got the worst stomach cramps I could not fall asleep all night. I had crazy dreams not sure if that's related but it's some of the craziest dreams I've ever had in my life. I was completely uncomfortable and woke up with one of the worst headaches I've ever had. I thought that had to be something else I waited a few days tried it again had the same result.

Tried the Real Mushrooms Organic Hot Chocolate—it’s decent but not amazing. The cocoa flavor is nice and not too sweet, which I appreciate, but the mushroom taste is a bit more noticeable than I expected. It mixes okay, better with milk than water. Not bad as a healthier alternative, but probably not for everyone. Worth trying if you’re into functional drinks.

I love hot chocolate. I drink it all year so when I discovered this brand and the health benefits, my consumption increased😃. It's smooth, rich and delicious 😋.

Pas de mauvaise surprise au niveau du goût

It doesn't taste exactly Ike hot chocolate, but it's supposed to be loaded with mushrooms so I guess that's a good thing. I'm hoping for the clarity and relaxation it promises

I was a bit scared to try a “mushroom” product. This tastes just like hot chocolate. I used hot water and just a bit of cream. It had a calming and soothing effect on me within minutes.
