I was having a hard time getting the right flange size, these are exactly what I needed. Reduces the flange size and makes pumping comfortable. I really like that they’re clear so you can see your nipple in the tunnel and you know it’s aligned correctly. It’s so nice being able to use a bunch of my 24mm flanges as these fit right in.

These fit great in my medela wearable cups. They’re a softer plastic

My pump wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t figure out why. I resized my nips and I ended up changing to a 19mm at 4 months postpartum. It made my pump work like normal after I got these. I put the 19mm insert in my 24mm flanges and the suction is great I pulled out 5oz the first time using it. Instead of the 2.5 I’d been getting. Great material, easy to clean, easy to pop in and out. I even steam cleaned them using those microwave sanitize bags. Would buy again.

These inserts were the perfect size for my momcozy breast pump. Came quickly and they were easy to put in. They make pumping much more comfortable.
