3 in 1 SDHC SDXC Micro SD Card Reader USB Adapter with Lightning Connector External Storage Memory Expansion for iPhone/iPad/Android Phones/Mac/PC (Black)

Over the last 5 years I bought at least 3 different types of those similar SD/SDXC/micro SD card reader for my iphone 6 plus. So far, this one is the best I bought. It has all the features the other similar devices have, but the features make it stand out to me is: 1. it's menu has only one button for each of it's functions, clean and easy to understand, you will not make mistake; except the "app storage" is not necessary to me because it take your cellphone space to create a folder for your memory card, instead of making a folder directly in the card although it can do so. The 2nd and best feature it has, is to allow you to see each or all pictures stored in your card on iphone in a full size, so that you can decide whether you want transfer them to your iphone photo album or not. All other cards, I bought so far, has no such a capability. The 3rd good feature is that it allows you to share all photos and files in the card to your contacts directly, through all of your iphone sharing capabilities. After I have tried this card, I ordered a second one.

Needed this to quickly transfer footage from dashcam micro-sd to the iPhone, and it worked as intended, but it keeps getting disconnected from the iPhone after being connected for a while, so had to take it off then put it back on to access the data. It could be the iphone's restrictions or the device's firmware, I'm not sure, but I ultimately bought another one for the Android phone and it works really fast with any issues.

App crashes when you tap the "Albums" button to access photos...which is the reason I bought the thing. You have to use their app because the native "Files" app doesn't see the device. My iPhone is up-to-date as of 5/19, and the app says it was updated 1 month ago per the AppStore...so holding out some hope they'll fix the problem, but as of right now it's not even a good paper weight. Their apps in the AppStore are a bit confusing too!! The device I bought says, "i-FlashDeviceHD" (note the 'HD' part); however, the app you must use is called "i-FlashDevice" (no 'HD'). OK, great, but then they also have another app in the AppStore entitled "i-FlashDeviceHD", which I tried, and it doesn't see the device. Ironically it does access the photo albums just fine... So right now, my recommendation is to look elsewhere...

Works great! My husband wanted an easy way to look at his pictures in his deer camera. It works perfectly using his smart phone. Has a slot for SD or mini SD card.

Using this on the iPhone X. You can’t advance video too much or else he get his hissy scratchy sound and no more video. The best way to view a video is not directly from the card reader, but you can transfer it to your phones album and then you can advance with no issues. However, if you simply want to watch the video without advancing, you can easily watch it directly from the card reader. I’m satisfied with with this gadget

Works great. When you first plug it into your phone it prompts you to download an app. It is really easy to use.

Does not work with iOS 11. Files show up, but when you try to transfer the files to iPhone, the videos and pictures don't show up at all. App was pretty straightforward but would crash when trying to transfer larger apps or would show as offline.

Don't waste your money. Item kept getting disconnected from iPhone while watching videos. They today, while it was connected to my PC, it got supper hot and the plastic almost melted. It burned my finger! If I hadn't pulled it out my PC it probably would have damaged my computer. DO NOT BUY!
